I returned a pair of Skechers today to store #0855 800 Loudon Rd in Latham. As I approached the desk , I greeted the staff( Associate # 134456) member, the staff member turned her head at me annoyed , rolled her eyes, never said hello and continued as if she was being bothered. She proceeded to ring my return in. She then put the return in the shelf behind her, said” I gave all this ( blank) to deal with, referring to other returns. Turned away after I signed my receipt . I said Thank you however again no response.If they e on’t want to work at Skechers and are so unhappy then find another job! Note- the woman the day before who helped us was great!

I beleive it was sometime last week I had came in with my daughter and a worker with a huge belt buckle was kicking her feet up in the air in a fighting stance I was highly confused and uncomfortable I turned right back around I didn’t know if this was karate class or what !

It has a good selection but it seemed like larger sizes were easily reached but we had to call for help for what we wanted. They were running a buy one and get one 50% off but we couldn't find a second pair.

Good morning. I’ve been doing business with the Latham store for about 2 yrs now. I’d first like to mention what excellent customer service this store has, beginning with the manager Antionette. It’s been a very long time since I’ve had a manager of a store that’s provided the level of customer service that this person has provided to me. Repeatedly she’s gone above and beyond to do everything she could to see that I’m satisfied. Incredibly impressed to say the least. I’m a difficult customer to please do to the different medical issues I have, so finding the right shoes to fit all of my needs has been difficult. Her patience and dedication to providing and ensuring customer satisfaction has been an experience second to none. I live a distance away, and although there’s a store about a half hr closer, I’ll continue to shop at this particular store. I’ve thanked her in person, but would like to take this opportunity again to say thank you very much Antionette for your caring, your patience, and outstanding dedication to customer service. It’s greatly greatly appreciated.

I came here because I wanted to buy shoes that I could easily put on without using a shoehorn or my hands. very good.The staff were also kind.Right now, the second pair is on sale for half price, so I got it at a great price. thank you.

I had an amazing experience at the sketchers store in Latham yesterday. I was looking for a good workout shoe and the customer crevice worker Fred who is also a manager at the same location, he helped me within seconds of entering the store and helped me find the perfect shoe at a good price and we had great intelligent conversations. You have a returning happy customer because of Fred. He went above and beyond for me. Thank you guys so much for taking the time to ready my review. Have a blessed day!Will be coming back and will be telling others to come see Fred if they have any questions on finding the perfect shoe.

This place carries extra wide sizes, but they are separated from regular sizes. Took me a while to find them. There was only one person working in the store.
