This place is a joke. So I applied for two different positions the first one never got a response from. The second one I called to get an interview. So I go in for a “road test” on a Friday get told I will hear Monday to get scheduled for a drug test and everything. So I call Monday the people at the office left messages for the HR lady to call me. I kept calling the other number on the application no response. So I decided to text the number she responds back sorry I’m at home sick and we are gonna pursue other candidates. How do you have a road test before drug test and everything else. The hiring process is a joke. I had the experience also they don’t tell you whether you fail or pass the road test. Very unprofessional business aspect.

Great delivery! Had a big pallet delivered, and Kim was always most helpful over the phone. The delivery man went the "extra mile" to help me out, the road was not that easily navigated but he was clearly an experienced driver and a really kind gent! The 4-hour delivery window was reliable.

Travis at Shaker Logistics saved the day!! Shaker Logistics filled in for EFW, who canceled on me yesterday.Travis's truck was broke down - but he had a Ryder rental!He usually does corporate deliveries - but he acquiesced to a residential! As he was doing a corporate delivery nearby.Because of the last minute pick up, he didnt have paperwork - but he called Emily at Shaker who texted papers to me immediately!Thanks to Emily too!Travis's rental didnt have a hand cart, but Travis got all 6 parcels into his truck. I thanked him profusely for taking my return merchandise. He declined a proffered tip!! I told him it was HOT and he needed to buy himself a cold drink!Thank you so much to Shaker Logistics !And to Ella at EFW for choosing Shaker LogisticsDeborah

Shaker Transport is the moving subsidiary under Shaker Logistics. A delivery and assembly of a treadmill had been set up my Horizon Fitness with Shaker. Neither mover had a mask or intended to wear one. I tried to hand them two new clean surgical masks. Not only is it my need for the masks, our local ordinance requires them. They said they would wear them into the house, but would take them off in the house as "they would sweat right through them." I went in the house and called the company. They say their policy is that the movers don't have to wear masks if they are vaccinated. They did say they should have put on masks if I asked. As we all know, the vaccinated spread Covid also. If these guys wouldn't wear masks, they probably aren't boosted. And they certainly must have some crazy sweating issues, if they sweat through masks in the time it takes to set up a treadmill. I guess in this new world, we have to ask what the delivery company's Covid policy.

They had me risking my license to get a load delivered for them promise To overpay they did not overpay they said they don’t do over pays after the load is delivered they had me risking my license and everything they stole my money and they had me risking my career Shaker Logistics don’t care about the Drivers they just know how to promise a pay and trick you to risk your carrier and dump you like leftovers i think you lessons learn Shaker Logistics

Just had a large piece of furniture delivered, Kenny from Shaker was friendly and very helpful. He waited until I opened the packaging to make sure that there was no damage to the unit during shipping/delivery.
