My wife started going to SAS years ago. I thought the shoes seemed pricey but I have a bone spur in one foot and a planter faciitist in the other. So I tried a pair, I put my orthopedic inserts in a pair and was immediately wowed. The shoes are made in Texas using high end materials and last for years. Unlike shoddy materials from other stores you will be happy with the continuous comfort and long wear you'll get with SAS. I've been happy for at least 15 years with SAS and the people who own the store In Loudonville NY. I'm a happy repeat SAS fan Bob Smith Delanson NY

Ordered shoes on June 9th was told and have it in writing 3 to 6 weeks. Been given excuse after excuse now on the 7th week being told it will be at least another 2 weeks. We'll Thomas Kristen and Catherine you all need to be truthful to your customers and not be dishonest. I will never do this again. I spent over $538.00 and can't even get the truth from you people. Very poor customer service.

Straps on the Velcro seem shorter, other than that the shoes great. The customer service has always been great at SAS and it was again during my visit

This is the 1st time I've ever done a review but, I feel this business is "5 Star Worthy"! I Caregive for my 93yo Mother and we just moved to Canaan, NY, from San Diego, CA. She only buys SAS Shoes so, I drove her to this nearest store(45mins away) to get a "Summer color" of her fav SAS Shoe, in July. While in the store, I entered my Mom's name in a contest to win a free pair of shoes and she WON! She was SO EXCITED! We called the whole family to share in the excitement! Today, we went and she got to pick out her new pair of WINTER SAS Shoes! She is SO PLEASED! What a TREAT for her! And, the same saleswoman helped us, both times(long blonde hair), SORRY I didn't get her name! What a SWEETHEART! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! And, more good business to you, you deserve it!

The store is very immaculate and the salesperson was very informative; my feet were measured to ensure the correct fit. I am very happy with my new shoes and I am planning to buy more. They are quite pricey but my feet are worth it!! I highly recommend this store.
