Technician did an excellent job. Safelite store tried to charge me over $200 in spite of the fact that Geico set everything up and I have full glass coverage. Store called and threatened to take me to collection. From what I could see, they had ALL the paperwork needed to cover the repair.

They make it super simple to do the entire process. The downside is that it lacks human interaction but it was straight forward enough that I didn’t need any help. Job got done with no complaints.
