I'm telling you...I actually am a real customer whom had a real visit with a real team member and not a sponsor, employee or bot. Joanne earned these 5 stars! I read the reviews beforehand but I wanted to see for myself. People, if that's the way it was in the past, then so be it but it is in no way even near the neg reviews that we read today posted from people with bad experiences
from yesterday. Joanne, simply the best!
Quest, you need more like her and that's a fact! She's the reason for this rating.

Great time slot selections. I arrived early but there was no one in the office except me. I checked in, scanned my ID and insurance card then sat down. Within 30 seconds an associate called my name and took me in. My associate was friendly, quick, and gentle when drawing my blood.

What a terrible experience here! Came for blood work, staff (black female) was so rude and obnoxious. Yelled at me for not having my paperwork printed and had no way print it off my email. Never again!

Went in the morning and was quick in and out. Got seen right away, and the location had parking and a lot of space in the waiting area. The staff was very nice and professional

I did everything I was supposed to do before arriving for my PRE-SCHEDULED appt. In fact, I had to select from a specific category of times for my unique blood test.
Arrived and was told that my blood draw type could only be done before 11AM (again, I used the Quest website which said the test needed to be done before 1PM).
It seemed that a Fed-Ex pick-up was needed and they had already come for the day. I deal with Fed-Ex all the time and they will usually do anything they can to help a shipper. Calling Fed-Ex to make this request was beyond the capability of the "manager".
Waste of my time AND this was the second time I tried to get this done (it was a different Quest location the 1st time).
The phlebotomist did apologize.

If I could give no stars I would give no stars! The lady at the front desk was very rude to my mom and told her that she didn’t have an appointment even though she did and was speaking to my mom in a very aggressive way because my moms english isn’t very good. My elderly mom felt very uncomfortable!! The irony is that the lady herself has an accent so why is she condescending?!!

I made an appointment online and went there and a nice guy took some blood. Checking should be the easier though, I had to scan my drivers license and insurance card on their self service tablet.

Same as all Quest locations: No way to contact them by phone. They quite literally divide you from the doctors calling and then hang up the phone on you. They claim you can easily access help via the website but that is a lie.

Good experience. I made an appointment. Checked in on the tablet at the front. I was called right away. The technician was super nice and easy to talk to. It was just a super easy and good experience.The place was clean, had a good amount of seating, wasn't crowded.

I was seen at my exact appointment time, my phlebotomist was very pleasant, and she found my very hard to find veins with no problem. I'd definitely return to this location.
