I strongly suggest passing on this hotel. It is in need of either demolition or major renovations. There really isn't any quality to this inn. Old, broken furniture, almost unusable electrical outlets, old carpeting, no ice or hairdryer, just to name a few flaws. It does have a great location. We have stayed at other Quality Hotels and have always been pleased. At the end, we moved to another nearby hotel. More money but much nicer accommodations.

Halways are full of pt smoke, that's just forewarning, not our main complaint, tho. We moved from a king room to a hot tub suite. Pulling a clean towel down from the rack on the wall near the hot tub, a pack of hypodermic needles fell out, hitting him. The phone didn't work in the room to call the desk, so I took the needless down to the desk. The clerk didn't seem surprised OR like he gaave a darn, either . He said he can't move us, they were booked up. Umm..? I said we've already found the threat in this mine field of a room, we don't want to begin that particularly screwed up scavenger hunt again! The toilet was broken, I asked them to take care of it, and said we were going out a couple hours. Got back, it's still broken. We talked to the desk and were told we would have to wait until the next day and ask housekeeping . Are they kidding? Guests are expected to have no facilities all evening and then night? And the communal mens and ladies tooms are cordoned off and closed. It was an argument just to get a plunger to DIY$150 to have potentially contracted a fatal illness and to be unable to use the restroom? Oh, and there is a great kitchen in the room, but they neglected to put pans etc back into it. We asked all day and finally gave up. This place is a nightmare of rip off and horrible customer relations while having a price set at a small fortune. Go to the other places. Seriously.

This place is disgusting. They have bed bugs and cockroaches. When I informed the front desk about it in a very rude tone the lady at the front desk said " you're lying " when I showed her the pictures and videos I had of them she then stayed she was calling the police on me because I planted them . I do not recommend anyone staying here . Not only is the hotel disgusting the staff is extremely rude !

The positives: it's inexpensive, the suite was large, the staff were great, it's not all that far from anything in the Capitol district and there's a Continental breakfast available.The negatives: it was outdated, sorely in need of renovations, the carpets were coming up, it was dirty, the mattresses felt like they were straw filled, one of the TVs was missing from the suite, the bathroom sink was busted, the hot tub was filthy, one of the windows wouldn't lock (and there were cigarette butts directly outside the window) and we noticed a rodent trap in the corner behind the dresser.

Rooms were clean, ac and other room amenities were acceptable. Breakfast was fine, eggs, waffles, fruit, bacon. Location is great, right on the highway with many shopping areas and restaurants. Pool has been closed since Covid began, if they'd open the pool I'd tack on another star.

Makes a joke of "Quality" - old, beat- up and poorly maintained property. Lack of security (side door open, broken - manager/owner dismissed my concern; mold all around tub, previous guests soap and shampoo on the tub sill, stained and dirty upholstery, shredded carpet with duck tape patches in the hall, filthy filthy everywhere....WHY didn't I read the reviews before I booked??!!CHOICE hotels should be ashamed of this dump..Never trust the brand again.

The service is worth 6 stars, the people that run this place are very nice!!! The hotel is in serious need of renovation though. My room mate and I both have urine stains on our comforters. The mattresses are nothing to write home about either. The carpets in the halls all need ripped out and I think a coat of fresh paint would really do this place some good. The Elevator is kind of yucky inside too. They have cleaned the rooms much more frequently than the last place we were staying.

I give it one star because the desk attendants were nice and 1 star because of the close proximity to the funeral home I had to visit. Otherwise it's very outdated and dirty. It's cheap at 77.00 for double beds. I missed breakfast but that's always a nice touch especially for families. I loved that the hotel is close to target and other commonly found stores and restaurants.The gym was still closed unfortunately and looked liked it needed a good cleaning.
