“Our truck broke down. We had to have it towed. I don’t live in that area so I just picked a place to have it towed to. Chuck called me the next day and told me that it would be a little bit before he could work on my truck because they were so Backed up but a couple days later he called me and told me what was wrong with my truck and told me that he could fix it the next day. We were so thankful that he did that for us so fast I couldn’t have asked for a better customer service and his wife Deb was just as nice. “While there to get an oil change and annual inspection, I witnessed an interaction with an incredibly rude customer and staff handled it beautifully. The manager stepped in to take over for an employee that was being rudely spoken to, neither employee escalated the situation, and they simply gave the person what they needed and remained professional and polite. The entire waiting room agreed that it was a ridiculous way to behave, and that the staff was amazing! So impressed by the customer service and highly recommend.”

“We were up in Latham, NY on our way to viewing the solar eclipse when our car started shuddering and making a funny noise. We didn't want to end up breaking down in the middle of nowhere on our way up to Plattsburgh so we found a mechanic shop nearby. The guys at this place were wonderful. They did a quick diagnostic and after a delay to get the parts we needed, they also did the work required very quickly. They were good natured and able to explain what was happening and keep us updated. I'm very grateful that we ended up in their kind, capable hands.”
