I had probably one of the weirdest buying experiences of my life here that ended yesterday with a new car. I am a habitual car buyer and seller and normally keep cars a year or so but have never experienced this level of integery from a dealership before in my life.
To cut a very very long story short there was significant miscommunication on the dealership side about rates and terms. There were mistakes made, that were agreed to and confirmed with me several times. While that sounds conflicting with parts of my opening statement and 5 star rating, NE Acura more than earned the praise and rating.
Upon realizing their mistake they make it right for me. There was no lying, deceit, or manipulation just an honest apology from those involved about their mistake and them jumping through significant hoops to resolve the problems in a way my wife and I would be happy with.
I can not express enough how much integrity this staff has. It would have been significantly easier for them to say “we made an error but that is what it is. Buy it or not”. The fact they stood by what they promised as best as they could (they can’t control rates) and made it work, at their loss, speaks volumes to the whole team. I honestly have never felt like a person to a dealership more in my life, rather than a profit. I honestly don’t think I’ll be looking at cars anywhere else in the future.
David was my sales person. He was prompt polite, helpful and patient with my indecisiveness. I highly recommend reaching out to this dealership if you are in the market for an Acura. If you do, know that they will go above and beyond for you as a client and if there are stumbles in the process they will do whatever they can to make it right.

Kia Smith is an incredible product specialist for Northeast Acura. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of her way to make this an enjoyable experience. She even went as far as to pick my daughter up in our home to bring us to our new vehicle ON HER DAY OFF! As a single mom buying a vehicle, she made me feel comfortable and cared for. Update: This was not a spam review. This place is absolutely horrible and with all the great places around the capital region to buy cars, avoid this place! I always bring my own financing with me- wanted a $40k car and salesman couldn't even be bothered by talking to me. Found just what I wanted elsewhere. Review is NOT fake, this place is just NOT worth it! Stay away!!

Our salesman Mike was outstanding and answered all our questions honestly with professionalism and a real knowledge of all our cars nuances. The dealership was so easy to do business with and we never felt that we were pressured. I have to say this was the best new car purchase experience my husband
and I have had and we recommend Northeast Acura for all your car needs.

I inquired last week regarding trading in my low-mile, 2023 Genesis g70 for a newer, larger car to accommodate my family. It wasn’t a necessary trade, but I was still excited to start car shopping.
I’ve never spoken with a dealership that lacked enthusiasm quite like this one. The texts exchanged and phone calls were unbearably awkward, no matter who it was with (Mackenzie, Olivia, or Mike). It seemed as though my sales were not needed, and I was merely taking up there time. It was such a disappointing experience.
I tried to make the call less weird by explaining that I didn’t really need a new car, but my daughter’s car seat didn’t fit the best in the Genesis. Usually mentioning family breaks the ice. Mike, who I was speaking to, was completely silent. Any small talk attempts to fill awkward pauses were met with radio silence. I started the conversation by asking how he was and he said “good.” I’m good, too, Mike, don’t worry. I felt like I was talking to myself, honestly. He. Did. Not. Respond. He was there for my money, and that was it. My husband (I had it on speaker) was baffled by the lack of mannerisms. It was clear that conversation wasn’t on Mike’s agenda.
Mike did not offer me any information. He did not ask any questions. I was navigating the entire conversation (which is hard to do with having minimal Acura experience). I finally told him that I was interested in a few cars and wanted to know if they were available. I asked him the first one and he said “Delivered yesterday. Sold.” This was when I gave up. I’m worth more than 3 words. The rest of the cars I was interested in aren’t worth the humiliation of speaking with Mike again or allowing him any commission.
Ben, though, left a super kind voicemail yesterday. I was determined the work with him, merely because of how optimistic he sounded. I tried to contact him today but he was off (enjoy that day off, Ben!). I’m sorry that they ruined this sale for you.
