Horrible branch. The manager Christian is extremely rude, will hang up on you while trying to explain an issue with your account. Customer service is horrendous. Much better banks out there

I don't have many occasions to physically visit a bank anymore, but when I went to get a certified check the other day the teller I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. I've been with NBT 10+ years and overall it's been a great experience.

How come the ATM never works?!? I can't slide my card it keeps error this happened a el few weeks ago also
