He took care of everything quickly and efficiently and took the time to answer all our questions. He even went to the back to get a chair for my father, who walks with a cane and can’t stand for long periods of time. I have had negative customer service experiences with Spectrum in the past but Omar could not have been more kind and helpful. “I experienced such poor service at the Clifton Park NY Verizon store location that I decided to switch to AT&T. But before doing so I decided to try going to the Latham NY Verizon location where I had received good service in the past. The difference was like night and day. Latham staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I am now staying with Verizon but will NEVER return to the Clifton Park store.”
