I've only had this company for a week and I've had three different concentrators. The local staff is friendly but their outside company employees are very rude. I'm in the process of finding another medical supply company.

I wish I had seen the other one star review. Initially I paid by credit card. I didn’t not authorize auto pay. The next month THEY helped themselves to auto pay and now will not return the money even when insurance has paid it. When trying to review the invoices they gaslight to the point that you totally lose it. Then they block you from ever talking to anyone about the situation.

Worked with is company to get portable wheelchair covered by insurance. After 10 phone calls, answering all the concerns they requested, faxing numerous doctor notes, no one ever called me back even when they say they would. Come to find out after I had to call again. Over 2 mo go by and now they say it’s not covered. Horrible customer service.

Received a letter today saying my account is frozen for unpaid balance and I need to update the auto pay card info. 1) I have no record I gave them auto pay 2) I have an on line account with them which shows a $0.00 balance 3) I am unable to access anything but my profile on the account 4) the 444 and 877 numbers are only 8:30-4:00. "Please leave a message and it will be answered with-in 24 hrs." The message repeats with no way to leave a message. 5) I could not find an email or online contact 6) BASED ON THIS EXPERIENCE THERE IS NO WAY I WOULD TRUST THEM WITH A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENT. 7) I WILL CONTINUE WITH A CHECK WHEN THEY SEND AN INVOICE. Regards, *Keith as of today 02-09-22 there has been no follow-up contacts. *As off today 03-03-2022 there has been NO follow up to this review per their initial reply

The guys that drop off supplies are great very nice,however billing and service call are awful.Completely rude.I had to say to the one girl ,I don’t have a hearing problem she did not need to yell.

Everyone at MSC is incredibly helpful, patient and professional. It had been 10 years since my last CPAP machine and another CPAP supplier in the area ignored me for two months when I tried to get a replacement. After calling my Doctor again, his office submitted the request to MSC and they called me the next day. Thank you for making this process pleasant and easy. Special shout out to Kiki!!

I was having issues with my old CPAP machine and it was suggested by my nurse practitioner that I start using a heated hose to reduce the congestion I was encountering. My older machine could not accommodate this change. After meeting with Kiki an MSC representative she contacted my nurse practitioner and suggested a new machine spefically the dream station.Less than a week later Kiki contacted me to let me know that the machine was inWe set up a time for her to come to my home.She arrived a little early which was great. She took the time to set up and explain all of the new aspects of the dream station.I would highly recommend MSC for this reason and also the fact that for almost the last two years my supplies have arrived on time every 3 months.

Had a great representative who was pleasant and willing to try changing up some of the sizes on my mask and headgear. The only problem was that I thought I was going to hear back from him as to whether it was possible to exchange parts. Instead the Fed Ex truck showed up a few days later expecting my returnable parts and I hadnt packaged them up yet. The representative hadn't called me back. The Fed Ex guy was great and willing to wait while I scrabbled some packaging together, so all ended well.

I've had SA for decades and dealt with many companies. None are perfect, I assure you ;) I've been with this company for a couple months and so far so good. There have been a couple delivery and billing issues. But on the local level customer service has been very helpful and sorted things out quickly. I'm still not 100% liking all the "auto" things. And I definitely don't like there is no tracking for deliveries. But, overall the product is great and everyone I have spoken to in the Albany office is very kind and helpful. ♥
