We visited the Latham store twice and both times we received excellent care. Upon our second visit, Rich assisted us with our purchase. He was knowledgeable and patient, providing tips to extend the life of our new mattress. He gave us his personal cell number for any questions and even called us on his day off to ensure we were satisfied with the delivery and product. We weren’t thrilled with the mattress protector we chose but Rich took care of it and offered a replacement. Delivery was a breeze, the drivers arrived on time and were professional and careful in our home. Overall very pleased from start to finish and we can tell the folks at this business care about their work!

I went in to just look at some mattresses and I had the pleasure of working with Abraham! He had me test some of them, ask which one suits me better, and what kind of budget I had. He took the time to help me go through the website and we ended up finding the perfect mattress for me! He was super understanding and extremely helpful I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience!

My daughter and I went here yesterday as first time customers, and i was a little nervous on what to get. But I had an incredible salesman, Abraham, who gave us great service. Great guy. The delivery men were amazing as well they brought up the mattresses and everything.
