A couple years ago this store would have received 5 stars. Not anymore, and not just this store. We used to like to stop and grab a quick bite in Bistro Blvd. The last few times we went they were out of various items, we were fine with that. Today we stopped. My husband started to order an Italian sub. I said you may want to wait on that and asked the sub maker if they had any other rolls. He answered, why? The fruit flies? Ummm yes the fruit flies!!! He knew... the rolls were covered. He just shrugged his shoulders and said yeah we're having a problem with those. No other options. We passed on any food. As we were leaving they were still making subs. ?Unacceptable. Unfortunately I had an almost identical situation at the new Market Bistro in N Greenbush. The donut case in the bakery was full of flies only the were the green garbage flies, at least 20! I took the time to find someone to let them know. She simply said yes we know about the flies. It has been a problem since we opened...I don't know, but maybe put a sign up or remove the donuts??? They just left them there for people to buy.

Ordered 2 dozen roses for 50th anniversary...never received. No explanation, no apology. A kind employee took pity at 8:30 p.m. on the date they were to be delivered and brought us a vase of roses. No response from floral dept. at all.

Amazing experience for wedding florals and boutiques working with Katie! She went above and beyond and absolutely blew my expectations away!! She even offered to wrap my bouquet in a charms since I was giving it to my sister! THANK YOU SO MUCH ? ♥️

If you say you open at 10:30am…the food should out and I should be able to order something…if not change your hours or have the stuff ready! Big waste of time!

I was absolutely profiled Saturday morning I left store complaint online. I brought over 200 dollars in groceries and instantly noticed the Caucasian customer before me was treated well and with dignity I'm an overnight nurse buying groceries for the kids this weekend and African American. Instantly the cashier grumbled to me when it was my turn how are you unwelcoming. Made me feel uneasy entire time, moving my items about the belt gruffly. Then the bagger vs. Initially asking me to pull my cart forward or getting a second one bagged my groceries and placed them on the filthy high foot traffic area floor disgusting me and my family, packaging or not had to consume that for breakfast in a few hours just unkind. Didn't happen to the customer before me they were patient and dignant. Then the cashier who said he was front end manager argued with me publicly embarrassing me it was no big deal. I asked to escalate it in management and Devin Co manager came with a sour pus as in what do you want when I showed her pictures and video stating it ll go to social media she was barely moved did somewhat acknowledge it was wrong more of groceries were on floor prior to complaining. When transaction was done as she witnessed cashier being mean to me I had to ask could they do something for me to want to pay over 200 there for mishandled groceries, the experience and not take business across street to Hannaford. She rolled eyes came back with gift card said here you go unempathetic as if doing me a favor. I made it known I felt profiled she never disbunked it or apologized just wanted me gone I felt I was only black person in store at time. More offensive it was 10 dollars I got fried fish with bad breading there few months ago with 25 dollar courtesy card for attitude given. I'm learning blacks are not welcomed there at all. I asked Devin Co manager for general managers name instead of telling me she starkly said it's on the receipt. I said unprofessional you can't tell me then she did. Shame on them and Golub coro. So embarrassing in Brunswick ny market 32 (2 )cashiers months ago got in shouting curse match in front of my kids and corporate never called me back they said call store directly and general manager never called back. No accountability in their stores and they know it so they behave as such. I hope someone of magnitude reads and takes this seriously. Sad and pathetic. If I don't hear back in a week taking this all to FB

Love the pizza deals, fresh produce, and seafood ?. Clean, mostly nice staff. My favorite Market 32 in the area.
