I recently purchased gifts online from this store for my son's girlfriend, as he's currently serving in the military. The owner was incredibly helpful and assisted me in selecting a different bracelet when the one I initially ordered was out of stock. When I arrived to pick up my order the following day, both the owner and another staff member who was wrapping gifts warmly greeted me, making me feel very welcomed. I also observed them extend the same warm welcome to another customer who entered the store. This happened today 02/14/24 @ 4:30ish. I'm impressed by the exceptional customer service I received and will certainly be returning to shop here again.

Religious goods store. Not very friendly. I asked for jewelry and was given attitude until I specified that I was looking for a specific religious medal. idk if I'd go back.

I was soooo dissatisfied with the customer service I received from I believed to be the owner. I went in on a Saturday, no one was there but me and he showed no interest in helping me, he was actually pretty disinterested and rude. His friend came in with his dog and he showed him more attention than a paying customer.Never again will I set foot there.

Both ladies extremely helpful, place is upbeat and bustling and friendly. Gifts are wrapped with supernatural speed. Fun place to shop.

I shop at Maggie’s fairly regularly. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that always goes above and beyond to be helpful. A good spot to look for niche collectibles. What’s great is that their website reflects updated in-store availability. Feels good shopping local and supporting a small business. Only downside is that they do not price match.

Ordered an insulated tumbler on Friday around 1p Pacific and it arrived on Monday 4p! I was nervous about ordering from Maggie’s as I’ve never been to their store, nor have I heard of it (given they’re in NY and I’m in CA). But the tumbler arrived in great condition and shipping was fast (arrived earlier than expected), free (since the tumbler qualified for free shipping), and better than Amazon Prime in terms of delivery speed and price. I couldn’t be happier!

The saleswoman was sweet and extremely helpful. The icing on the cake was she wrapped the gift with wrapping paper and ribbon and put it in a beautiful gift bag! Thank you!
