Customer service agent was rude, dismissive, and condescending. I know customer service is a thankless job but when your front facing employees treat you like you're a 5 year old, that really doesn't help. -signed, not a five year old, but an adult with an advanced terminal degree that does, in fact, know how to read.

Spent a ton of money on there pool cover. And it's garbage. And they never get back to you. You get a run around.
