I never met someone so happy not to help and refuse to give me a test I paid for online despite being able to check in. I was told the client information was from Texas which made it invalid, but I believe this to be incorrect information and I will be following up with a an official complaint because of the woman's behavior up front.

If I could give 0 stars I would, these people are rude as they come and they have accidentally overcharged our account, you guys will be reported to the BBB and the state. See you in court.

I had a bad experience I was text the technician was ready for me so I went inside and had to wait another 40 mins to be helped today was better I was seen within 5 mins of getting a text the only bad thing was 2 people were waiting inside with no mask on how can that be allowed
I also tried to go in 7/24 but they locked the doors before it was time for them to close They were their I saw them inside with a patient Change your hours or respect them

Absolutely horrible experience! Their technicians are awful. I ended up with hematoma after a simple blood draw. They misplaced my specimen and i had to redo the test. This happened on many occasions. Always a lot of patients waiting. Last time i waited for an hour. But i now will never ever go back to this absolutely horrible lab. Unprofessional, badly managed, dirty, horrible attitude from phlebotomists, poor performance. I would give them zero stars, in fact i am going to write a complaint to LabCorp corporate about this lab

They didn’t check all the things in my blood work what doctor prescribed like magnesium and others even though is specifically written by doctor on the prescription. It Happened not only for me but for my family members too like A1c , vitamin D levels and these are all prescribed by doctors.

I go to the Latham location at least 3-4 times a month. I have NEVER had an issue with anyone! Jae draws me and is always professional, efficient and goes above and beyond EVERY time. The longest I ever wait is perhaps 10 minutes. Do not let any negative reviews deter you, labs are busy places and dealing with the public is not easy! The staff here are great!

They took me in at the final hour whilst I waited for my doctor's office to fax over my script! I wasn't aware the script was only sent to one location. They took me in last minute and were so kind and accommodating. I did not get the name of the person who drew my blood but thank you!! Your friendliness was much appreciated and you are a pro at what you do!

This is the first time going to this location,I met the most irresponsible immature,rude person ever.I couldn't identify if the person is he or she.I asked for her/his name and refused.Has like a cross tattoo on the neck.I wish I can rate 0 stars

Did my 3 Hour Glucose Tolerance test. Easy check in process. Danielle did amazing. She did my blood draws and she was so gentle & quick. Would reccomend this location & especially Danielle. I was nervous about 4 blood draws in one day but you can certainly tell Danielle has experience. Thank you!

Jae was amazing! If you’re scared of having your blood drawn definitely go to this location. Jae will have you in and out and won’t feel a thing.
