This company was very helpful when I placed the order and needed assistance. However, after the order was received and there were issues they became non existent. Don’t respond to phone calls or emails. Do not order from them, their products are cheap and misrepresented in the picture and description. The shirt is port authority that sells for less than $10 on Amazon. The skirt is cheap, stiff and huge! The socks do not match what is in the picture. I didn’t even get the hat out of the bag. They got me for $238!

Like so many others their customer service is non exsistent. I paid $54 for next day air because wanted to have the golf outfit for an event. It came 4 days later and after the event. Tried contacting them several times and have heard nothing back and it's been over a month. Buyer beware they don't deserve your business

Like many others, I wish I could give a lower rating and I wish I'd read the reviews before placing my order. Their service is terrible. I ordered an outfit and paid for express shipping only to have them not get the order in the mail to take advantage of the expedited shipping and missed the date by which I needed the outfit. The shirt was too big so I tried to return it and after multiple phone calls and emails, they finally told me how to return the shirt. I returned the shirt per their instructions. They did not issue a refund and have not responded to my repeated calls and emails. I'm surprised they're still in business.

Do not purchase anything from this company. I purchased a Knicker Outfit for a St. Patricks Day Golf Tourney. When I first received the outfit the Knickers were huge and they sent the wrong socks. I returned the knickers and the company did send me a better fitting pair. They (Darren A) said they would send me the matching socks before the tournament. NEVER received! Darren A said I would receive them before the tourney and they NEVER showed!!! I had no socks so I cold not wear the outfit. Contacted Darren A about a refund and he sent me that address to return the outfit. I returned the outfit with a copy of my invoice and asked for a refund to my PAYPAL account. I shipped the items back on March 18th. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CREDIT TO MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT ALMOST A MONTH LATER!! I have called and emailed (over 20 times) and no one will respond. On their website they state they will take returns but does not seem like they want to follow through but just keep your money. They can't even act professional enough to respond to my emails or phone calls. Sales reps and owners are pathetic!
Look somewhere else if you want to purchase knickers!!
Refund me my $170.00 !!!!!!!!!!!!

I wish I could give a 0. And like the others, wish I'd have seen the reviews ahead of time. I purchased online on 11/30/2023 as a Christmas gift. I've been trying to obtain a return auth number since 12/26/2023. The company does not respond to repeated phone calls or email messages.

STAY AWAY FROM KINGS CROSS KNICKERS. I attempted to purchase knickers from Kings Cross for a golf event that was four weeks out. First issue was that they contacted me two days after I placed my order to tell me that the items I requested were not available. After several calls and rounds with them to find out what was available we picked the replacement and re-ordered. The order included five-day delivery, which would have left plenty of time in our schedule. Second issue is that they never showed up and they never sent the package, I have the UPS information to prove they processed the label but never sent the package the first time. Although we attempted to reach them several times over the course of the week, no one responded to the VMs or emails. Third issue was they processed the payment, so now no order and I was out the money. The order showed up when we were at our golf event, just a few days too late to be of any use to me. Final issue is that I now have a pair of knickers that I do not want and do not need. We have reached out to them numerous times to get a return label and refund and strangely enough no one has returned our calls or emails. Do not order from this company.

If I could give zero stars I would. I received the knickers I ordered within days, and the quality of the garment is excellent. From there, it has been a nightmare. I ordered knickers size 5'9" - 6'0". The knickers I received are for someone 6'0" - 6'3". The crotch of the knickers is 6-8 inches too low and the hem comes below mid calf vs. the +4" past the knee they are supposed to reach. I called and emailed their Customer Service 12-13 times thus far with no response. Don't bother doing business with Kings Cross Knickers.

I wish I wold have read reviews before purchasing. I ordered a pair of Knickers and socks. When they arrived they were the wrong size. I emailed to set up an exchange, followed up with an email and phone call a week later, another phone call a few days after that. No answer, no response. Awful experience.

Do not order from this company as you will not be able to return. They do not answer emails, live chat, or their phone. My product arrived and the knickers are very small and was missing the hat.

We ordered hats and socks for a 100 year celebration for our Country Club. We received the wrong color of socks and I immediately called to ask for a return authorization number. I was never given an option to speak with anyone. I left a message.. Not once. but a minimum of 12 times. I even emailed them as well. It is now at least 12 days out and I have still not heard from them. They don't deserve a 1 star rating but I am forced to rate them!

I bought from kings cross, like everyone else didn't receive correct goods. I returned what they sent, tracked it and got my credit card company to take money off them. It took alot of correspondence and hassle but a year on got my money back. A sham company
