Based upon my recent experience with the Mercedes Benz Service Department, I can't recommend Keeler Motorcar Car Company. I tried to resolve my car's problem with the service department manager, but he was completely unhelpful. Exorbitant service charges for mediocre service, in my opinion.

I recently purchased a 2024 BMW M230i from Keeler BMW, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. From the moment I walked into the showroom, I was greeted with professionalism and a genuine willingness to help. The team was knowledgeable, attentive, and made the entire buying process smooth and stress-free.
Auggie made me feel apart of this purchase while watching the process of getting the car. I loved getting whole tour of the facility it was fun time walking through all the models.

Place had turned to trash. Asked to check my transmission they didnt, first thing out their mouths its gona be a costly job. I ask them to change battery its been dieing on me, they state battery is good. Then few days later my battery gives out. I ask for inspection, first thing they say your wipers are bad. Yet their working fine. Seems all their workers have no clue on what they are doing. MB cars are over rated. Their money pits...?

I had the pleasure to work with Ron at the BMW store and he went above and beyond to make me happy with my purchase. Honestly the whole BMW team is amazing. I will definitely be back to work with them again

Only great things to say. Have only had need to work with parts department at MB and all have been outstanding. They know the parts, product, use etc. Over 5 years have met many of the good folks there. Nick and Adam the two most most recent and like all others just great to deal with. Other MB franchises are not the same. Keeler have been consistently excellent, well done

I didn't even get my car serviced this time around and I am giving a 5 star just off of talking to Matt!
Kept failing inspection because of the readiness and completing the driving cycle on my vehicle ..drove over 800 miles and nothing was working
Called yesterday, he told me stop by, took a quick look, told me what to do on the highway, get my gas down, kept the car running , getting the car down to 20mph then gass’n it back again to 55mph .. did this for about 1hr on the I-87 this morning
Took it to get looked at right after , and all my codes are gone !! Thank GOD! - 2 months of hell with thiss and its overr ?? THANKS MATT

I found my dream car in this dealership. I called and spoke with a salesman named Pat. After speaking, he convinced me to drive 5 hours to the dealership. I sat in the dealership for hours waiting for him to help me. The car was not ready to be sold and had mechanical issues. But i still wanted it and they told me id have to come back the next day. I was prepared to go the next day but never received a call back and found out shortly after that the
car was sold instantly online. 10 hours of mine down the drain!

I am a married, mid thirties mother who went here with my husband to test drive a new car. They were holding the car he wanted to look at for the owner's friend(this actually isn't the first time that has happened at this dealership), but did have another one. When we asked to test drive it, the salesman, who mostly ignored me, basically laughed at us. He said the GM would have to approve a test drive and made it seem like that wouldn't happen. He did laugh at me and told me how wrong I was when I said you can't buy a car you can't test drive. Would highly recommend not going here unless you're friends with the owner.

I've been a customer of Keeler Motor Car for over a decade and I believe they are the best dealer in the Capital Region. When it comes to sales, they are not at all pushy during the selling process, and once you decide on a car, they are fast and efficient. I really appreciate not having to spend hours and hours and hours waiting, negotiating, signing papers, etc. My most recent transaction was quick and easy. I spent maybe two hours total turning in a lease and getting a new lease.
My experience with service has also been exceptional. They communicate well, they do not nickel and dime you, they are just reasonable and easy to work with.
A big shoutout to Augi, at BMW. He consistently goes above and beyond to help you out - for example, taking my plastic floor mats from my old car, powerwashing them, and putting them into my new car. It's the little things like this that make these transactions so pleasant.
