I bought a new Bimmer from a Ford dealership.. It needed some things so I came to Keeler and no questions Nick my service advisor treated me with respect and kindness. He explained my coverage and is addressing the issues. Moreover he's been keeping me abreast every step of the way. Which is more than I can say for other service teams who charge you without consent,confuse you and often obfuscate the truth. People under value updates. Most people will wait all day for service provided they keep you informed. Nick Yocono is one the best and a great example to follow!

As a young kid(19) trying to buy a new car, bmw was very trying and helpful to get me to my wants. Mr. Santos welcomed me when he was busy and we were able to get to the car I wanted, he also checks in to see how I like it and if there’s any concerns I have. Huge shoutout to him.
