“We recently went to the Spectrum store in Latham NY to get a new cell phone for my father. A young man named Omar helped us out. He explained the phone and the plan. He took care of everything quickly and efficiently and took the time to answer all our questions. He even went to the back to get a chair for my father, who walks with a cane and can’t stand for long periods of time. I have had negative customer service experiences with Spectrum in the past but Omar could not have been more kind and helpful. We are thankful to him for making the phone purchase a better experience than we were expecting!”
