Went on a quiet day to get my car cleaned inside and out. I got all my stuff out and carried it waiting for my car to come through. An employee then found me and asked me to drive my car through as no one on staff knew how to drive a manual. So I lug my stuff back. The employee told me they would still take care of me on the other end. I pull my car through and park to get the car dried. When I tried to get out of the car an employee said you're good to go and tried to hurry me away. I explained the situation and they reluctantly started to dry my car as it I wasn't telling the truth. Car was itself was okay, the inside final cleaning wasn't great my windows weren't very clean but I had to move along. I know manuals are few and far between but staff should at least be more communicative about the situation if no one can drive it.

I recently had a wax and polish completed on my car. The work done was thorough and careful. Other than doing it myself, this was the best waxing service I've ever had.
The staff was polite and friendly. They were clearly proud of the excellent work they did!

After getting our new car cleaned, I noticed a plastic part was broken inside. I suspect the vacuum got a little too ambitious and snapped it. When I mentioned it to the manager, they said the car was already broken. Funny, I don't recall opting for the 'pre-broken interior' package!

They need to step it up. My car came out of the interior and exterior wash still visibly dirty. It was not that dirty to begin with.. they need to do better for the price we pay. $54, I will go to the locally owned guy for $10 and vacuum myself.

Dirty spots were left on outside of the car, inside passenger side streaked with dirt.
I am usually happy with the service at this car wash, not today.

Went here and was extreme disappointed. This is the second time that I have had this terrible experience of paying extra to clean the interior of my car and it was not done.

Pay $51 a month to use this service and the vehicle is still dirty. They never spray the front ever to get bugs off. They stand there and do nothing but push buttons. Going to cancel if they continue to not get the car cleaned.
