Looking for yarn. Not a bad inventory. No one was in the store to help out to find sea beads needles. Not one associate knew what they were. We left ,& bought some from eBay.
Many are the associates for up by the register of conversing with the manager instead of helping people out to find what they wanted. Rating our of 10....4.5.

The store was beautiful and I met the needs of all different types of hobbies and artistries. But for the life of me, There wasn't a person to help me find. Whatever it was. I was looking for.
So my experience is 4 star.
