The process and the poorly designed Hannaford Pharmacy RX app create a very poor client experience. It's often 3-4 days to fill a script and the RX app/website isn't capable of telling you it's in progress (when they send you a general text message between request and refill that says your our of refills on your prescriptions). Over the past 2 years I've had to recreate my User ID several times at the request of their RX customer service department. Here is what I recently submitted on their web site: Your RX app gets increasingly more frustrating, especially as a 30-year app and web developer. It's now staking 3-4 days of advance requests to fill a prescription, which I can handle, but the frustrating part is there is NO WHERE in the app to see that a script refill is in progress. So on Monday I go into the RX app and request a refill. There's one available. It offers me Friday at 1pm pickup which is fine. Because the refill likely went from 1 to 0, it triggered a text message to my phone today saying I need a new script for some of my refills. Now I'm wondering if there's anything I need to do, call the doc office, etc. MAYBE I didn't see that there was 1 available when I refilled it. So I login to the app. There is NO WHERE in the app to see that there is a script in the process of being refilled. I call the customer service line and they say I need to call the pharmacy. Thats a 10-minute hold time and it interrupts your staff. This is a simple enhancement to your app between the "REFILL" tab and the "HISTORY" tab called "IN PROGRESS". Just show me I entered it right a few days ago if I get a text message that causes me to wonder so I DON'T have to interrupt your staff and further delay their outcomes. (having used your RX app for a few years, I can honestly say I'd likely hire a new company if you're outsourcing or fire the programming leaders if you employ them-this app is the work of a small startup not a large multinational corporation).

The staff are friendly and efficient. They have gone above and beyond for us on more than one occasion. As a bonus, all our scripts are MUCH less expensive than they were at the store we used to go to.

Over the last few months there has been a lot of turnover of personal at The Latham NY branch. I have totally lost all confidence in knowing my prescriptions are correct. My copay cost changes every month. Last month one of my my copays was $35.00, today the same medicine is $83.79 ??? The attitude if you question anything is horrible. I questioned a new medication that they said I needed, They couldn't tell me at the time if it was a new medication or a generic medication to replace a medication . I have been with the Latham NY branch for over 30 years and I have never felt this way. Horrible people skills. Looks like it is time to change pharmacy's. I do not trust that they will screw up my medications.

Decent grocery store in Suburbia. Actually stocked and clean with real people at the registers. They do have the auto checkouts but I prefer a human and will wait.

I love this Hannaford. It has a beautiful produce section and the selection is great! Lots of different vegetables and fruit to pick from. I also found my favorite cashew milk yogurt here. This grocery store has a lot of options for all different dietary needs, which is really important to me. I used the self check out today since the queues were long for the regular registers. I had to ask for help because the coupon I had for $12 off a $60 purchase in the my Hannaford app did not apply itself even after entering my phone number twice. The cashier was super helpful and friendly and fixed it for me. It was an overall nice grocery shopping experience.

Do NOT order a custom cake from the Hannaford bakery. Even if you feel like it's a good deal, it's NOT. I understand there is a labor shortage, and that workers need extra patience and grace from customers during the holiday season, but we confirmed MULTIPLE times about the cake order ahead of time. When we went to pick up our order, they had NO recollection of it. Not just the "wrong order" but no cake prepared whatsoever. We waited another 45 minutes for the cake, (even though this was time-sensitive--the design was also wrong) and there was nothing to compensate for the lost time and miscommunication. Please support a small local bakery, the Hannaford bakery clearly is not the place for custom cake orders.

Fresh Foods. Usually fairly quick on the checkout lines. Sad but they only have raspberry filled donuts at the bakery! Most items I'm looking for are in stock and ready to purchase.
