I had what I feared was going to be a major problem with an order. I sent an email to customer service and within two hours the owner contacted me directly with a profuse apology and immediate credit to reverse the error. Went out of her way to make it right. Exceptional customer service from a lovely small business. Great fashions!

Cute local shop! My sister had an emergency while we were out and she needed to buy a shirt that can match her shorts. We went to Gracie's and thankfully they have great clothes displays.

I was at Newton Plaza waiting for my husband to have an appointment so I stopped in today looking for a few items to freshen up my wardrobe . I liked that they offer men's clothing also and wanted to pick up a few things for my spouse . The sales person didn't greet me immediately, but after about 5 minutes she asked if I needed help. I responded I wanted to look around for a few minutes, and she replied, "the sales clothing are in the back." I spent quite some time looking around in both the front and back and she never once spoke to me again. I was the only person in the store. I found a few items to try on and not once did she come to the dressing room and ask if I needed another size or if I needed assistance. Here's what is important to me: customer service. This shop wasn't offering brands I couldn't find somewhere else. I did ask for assistance in finding a size and she did do a quick look for me. I purchased 2 items and said thank you as she handed me my receipt, her response , "OK ." Not a thank you , not one thank you for making a purchase . I intended to take my husband to look around after his appointment , however I was so disgusted with the salesperson, I refused to patronize this establishment ever again. So confused by other reviews stating great friendly salespeople , must have been written by the owner's family.

My husband gave me a rope-type bracelet for Xmas and I am wearing if more often than not. I love it but most importantly I am receiving so many compliments on it. I alsways suggest a gift certificate from Gracie's for Xmas will take care of my shopping needs...well in 2015 he got me that certificate and this rope bracelet. It is very cool!
