Ever since Kasey was sent to Wolf Rd this shop has gone down hill. I was put on hold for over 10 minutes when just trying to schedule an appointment. Picking up my car? Stood at the counter for 15 minutes with no sight of any associates. The,I'm assuming,manager was in his office with the door closed and just let the phone ring. It's crazy. I know they switched crews because for business needs but they made the wrong choice. I'm not sure I'll ever use this shop again and I've been coming here for 3 cars for 7 years.

The service that was requested was addressed but the issue with this place. Is that the customer service is severely lacking, from phone etiquette, follow up and reliability. Have been dealing with this place one way or another in person and over the phone. I feel that the turnover here is high so there is very little accountability. The value I guess is competitive. I have an appointment tomorrow. Let's see how that goes.

I called ahead and was told walk in on Saturday for NYS inspection, no appointment necessary. On arrival Saturday at open8ng (730am) I was told they couldn't take me for a few hours due to other appointments. I made 115pm appointment for same day and on arrival was told the mechanic is on lunch and won't return for 45 minutes. Told I need 2 tires and they only had 1 kind of tire for my car, 182 dollars a piece. Had to schedule another appointment later in week for less expensive tires.

I must say, my first time experience with Goodyear has been nothing short of amazing!!I called this morning to set up a last minute oil change and the repair of a tire and was assisted by Sreven Greenwood, who was not only helpful and knowledgeable but very friendly and understanding of my situation as well.He was able to explain everything to me in detail, get me the best promotion/sale out there and get me in right away!!!Needless to say, Goodyear will now be handling all of my new car care needs!!!Great first time experience and to Goodyear:You have a good one on your hands with Steven Greenwood!!!Thank you!!!

On December 18 , 2023 , I purchased four Goodyear ASSURANCE WEATHERREADY tire's, and I was advised to have a front-end alignment at that time which I agreed too. The cost of the tires alone was over $1200.00 , and I wanted to protect my investment.After I left the tire center and got stuck in rush hour traffic on Rt.7 , I noticed that my steering wheel was off center and an indication that this " technician " wasn't paying attention in class when they were covering front-end alignment's !!!I called the Goodyear store the next day and spoke to the manager, I believe his name was Steve Greenwood , ( a very nice guy ) and scheduled an appointment for that afternoon ( 12/19/23 ) . When I got there , Steve was apologetic and offered to correct the alignment and even offered to have another mechanic with more experience redo the alignment , but by that point, I just didn't trust their mechanics. Steve refunded the money that I had paid for the alignment.I took my Explorer to Metro Ford where they properly realigned the front-end and repositioned the steering wheel to Center , and the service adviser informed me that my front right tire was out of alignment by quite a bit.So far , I'm happy with the tire purchase , but not with their mechanics abilities. The comfort and handling of these new tires is a big improvement over my other tires, but these is a slight reduction in gas mileage ( 2 - 3 mpg less )Hopefully these will last awhile.

I want to share my experience. I replaced four winter tires here in December 2022. I spent more than 500 dollar.at that time. I give their service full marks this time. Due to an accident, I damaged a tire. At 10 o'clock in the morning on November 18, 2023, I was at the front desk of their store. I said that I would buy an identical winter tire and then replace the remaining three tires. The lady at the front desk checked After waiting for a long time, I was told that this type of winter tire was out of stock and I had to replace it with another one. I bought one and then exchanged 3 old ones for a total of about 280 dollar.I said it was too expensive and I wanted to leave, but she said she would help me find other options. She told me, you bring 3 old winter tires and I will replace them with four new winter tires for you. The total cost is 342 dollar. I also confirmed the service items and the amount with her. I saw her next to the computer with my own eyes. of reservations into their computer system. On the morning of December 1, 2023, I arrived at the store on time at 7:30 am according to the appointment time. The same lady received me. I said that I had brought the old tires. She didn't understand what I said. She said that my reservation was not seen in the system. I was surprised. I put the previous service items and the amount. I told her again and she said she couldn't find it. At that time, my heart was broken. Later, she said that you can buy the same one for 117 dollar and install it all for 197 dollar. I agreed, and then I went home and waited until ten o'clock. She called and said, "That tire of yours" It was no longer available and I wanted to change the model. I said yes. At that time, she did not tell me that there would be an additional charge for changing the tire. It was not until I paid that the bill amount increased from 197 dollar to 282 dollar.I'm very disappointed that they treated me like this again. I feel very angry. I regret not taking pictures with my mobile phone and keeping a record when I made the appointment. I always thought that our community operators were honest, but I was too naive.

I needed front brakes, pads and calipers replaced asap. Called the Latham location around noon and had a 3pm appt. Great customer service, especially Casey (Receptionist/Scheduler). Thank you!!!

Was on a road trip alone from VT to Pittsburgh, PA when I got a flat. After getting the spare on and locating this Goodyear in Latham, I was so pleased with how helpful and understanding they were. The tire was damaged beyond repair and the other tires worn enough that I replaced them all. They got me on the road in an hour and a half.

I came here today to get tires I purchased installed, took about a hour to complete. They got my car on the lift in a timely manner and honestly I couldn’t be happier with the customer service. I was looking for a new shop to take my car to and I believe I’ve found it! Would highly recommend!

I had a screw embedded into my tire. They got me in right away, added a patch as well as fixed an existing patch (at no extra charge). The whole team was very friendly.
