Brought my 2013 genesis in for a simple repair. I just bought this not even 30 days and my tie rods came out bent, level heightener missing and it took 8 hours to replace am alternator. I complained so they called the cops on me and had my removed from the property. That heavy set woman is the worst and the mechanics are terrible. Stay away from this place. Bring your car to Mavis down the street. This place is not worth the headaches.
UPDATE: IF YOU ALL CAN TAKE NOTICE THAT ALL OF THEIR RESPONSES ARE COMPUTER GENERATED AND NOT BY A PERSON IT JUST SHOWS THAT THEY TRULY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER. I'M STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND.

I've been coming here for a while. I really like Ken and his honesty about things with my car. Today I went for an oil change and asked if they could check my shocks (I know nothing about cars whatsoever). And he came out and was honest that my shocks were fine and that the squeaking I'm hearing sometimes is just because my car is older. Someone else might have been dishonest to make a quick buck, and I really appreciate that isn't the case here! I will continue to come back to this location!

Super friendly and helpful! 10/10 would recommend any day!! Ken is an actual lifesaver!!! I came in here terrified after experiencing the dreaded jeep death wobble on my new car. They worked with CarMax to get me four new tires (not cheap for a Jeep) and rebalanced them perfectly! I can now cruise on the interstate and hit any bump without having to fear the wobble. I can’t express my gratitude enough!!

Showed up with my vehicle in need of service, got in, got out, Aaron and Ken were great. It was a bit later in the day, no guarantee given I was going to be able to get service performed that day, but I waited around and they snuck me in, very pleased.

I don't know, it used to be the best place to go.
Best place, I know to do oil and tires. Watch The Greatest. I hope you get better used to love that place.

I dropped my vehicle off at 8:30 in the morning to have 4 tires mounted and balanced and a oil change and front end alignment. Went to pick it up at 3:30 and it was still up on the lift with no tires on it. Went back at 5:30 to pick it up still up on the lift. Never got the alignment done. Go back on Wednesday for alignment and they tell me that they can't adjust the tie rods even though it was done 6 months ago. I would not recommend this Goodyear store. It has gone down hill since the new crew took over

Car was running smoothly. Brought it in for a routine oil change. Picked it up and it was hitching and dragging. Checked the oil dipstick and oil was way past midmark and dark brown. Brought it back to Goodyear and told it was probably a blown gasket. Took it to dealership. They said transmission dipstick was dry. Only 1 quart of transmission fluid was found after draining. The engine oil was overfilled. The dealership drained 7 quarts of oil and it had gotten all over the engine. A $69 oil change became $1000.00 in repairs.
Basically, transmission fluid disappeared while my car was there and a LOT of engine oil ended up in the oil tank.

Ever since Kasey was sent to Wolf Rd this shop has gone down hill. I was put on hold for over 10 minutes when just trying to schedule an appointment. Picking up my car? Stood at the counter for 15 minutes with no sight of any associates. The,I'm assuming, manager was in his office with the door closed and just let the phone ring. It's crazy. I know they switched crews because for business needs but they made the wrong choice. I'm not sure I'll ever use this shop again and I've been coming here for 3 cars for 7 years.

The service that was requested was addressed but the issue with this place. Is that the customer service is severely lacking, from phone etiquette, follow up and reliability. Have been dealing with this place one way or another in person and over the phone. I feel that the turnover here is high so there is very little accountability. The value I guess is competitive. I have an appointment tomorrow. Let's see how that goes.

I called ahead and was told walk in on Saturday for NYS inspection, no appointment necessary. On arrival Saturday at open8ng (730am) I was told they couldn't take me for a few hours due to other appointments. I made 115pm appointment for same day and on arrival was told the mechanic is on lunch and won't return for 45 minutes. Told I need 2 tires and they only had 1 kind of tire for my car, 182 dollars a piece. Had to schedule another appointment later in week for less expensive tires.

I must say, my first time experience with Goodyear has been nothing short of amazing!!I called this morning to set up a last minute oil change and the repair of a tire and was assisted by Sreven Greenwood, who was not only helpful and knowledgeable but very friendly and understanding of my situation as well.He was able to explain everything to me in detail, get me the best promotion/sale out there and get me in right away!!!Needless to say, Goodyear will now be handling all of my new car care needs!!!Great first time experience and to Goodyear:You have a good one on your hands with Steven Greenwood!!!Thank you!!!

On December 18 , 2023 , I purchased four Goodyear ASSURANCE WEATHERREADY tire's, and I was advised to have a front-end alignment at that time which I agreed too. The cost of the tires alone was over $1200.00 , and I wanted to protect my investment. After I left the tire center and got stuck in rush hour traffic on Rt.7 , I noticed that my steering wheel was off center and an indication that this " technician " wasn't paying attention in class when they were covering front-end alignment's !!!I called the Goodyear store the next day and spoke to the manager, I believe his name was Steve Greenwood , ( a very nice guy ) and scheduled an appointment for that afternoon ( 12/19/23 ) . When I got there , Steve was apologetic and offered to correct the alignment and even offered to have another mechanic with more experience redo the alignment , but by that point, I just didn't trust their mechanics. Steve refunded the money that I had paid for the alignment.I took my Explorer to Metro Ford where they properly realigned the front-end and repositioned the steering wheel to Center , and the service adviser informed me that my front right tire was out of alignment by quite a bit.So far , I'm happy with the tire purchase , but not with their mechanics abilities. The comfort and handling of these new tires is a big improvement over my other tires, but these is a slight reduction in gas mileage ( 2 - 3 mpg less )Hopefully these will last awhile.
