The salesperson Breanna was very professional and pleasant. The reason for one Star is that I had reached out ahead of Time to go over my situation with the internet sales person. I knew it would be a tough deal to get done but he said come on in and let's see so I did and as expected it couldn't be done......I just feel they shouldn't waste thier own time and the person's time when knowing the situation ahead of time......

I purchased a 2019 Nissan frontier pro4x from these guys and everything was great until after the sale was finished and I came back because I noticed that the passenger side bumper was dented and I didn't notice it when I did the walk around so when I came back and asked if there was anything that could be done I was basically told to go piss up a tree! its kind sad because its the first time I have ever had business with a dealership.
mike the guy I was dealing with was going to get back to me about having the inside re-detailed because it wasn't that great inside the seats have some kind of stain on them and the engine compartment was not touched at all its been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting on the phone call to come in.
also I had to go back to get the brakes looked at because I had a really bad brake fade when stopping come to find out I had air in the brake lines
also the blower motor is making noise and I'm not going to bother to bring it back to them ill just go to another dealership.
so basically I would go to another dealership because all they want is the sale and nothing else.
I'll update later with the business card of the people I dealt with.

What I want is for you to fix the dent that you 100% knew about and never said anything when I was looking at it. your sales are dishonest. honestly if they would have told me from the get go i still would have purchased it. it's the fact that they knew about it and didn't say anything that's lousy salesman ship.

Very happy now, even though it took a while, all my needs were met. It takes a long time to write up a lease I'm not sure why dealerships can't have computers that work faster? Sales agents are fabulous in Latham!
Great visit, I thought all safety measures were in place.
Update: Latham Nissan had two recalls; I have NO PAPERWORK to prove this!
I called new Service Manager and his office twice, for a copy of recalls!! Never was I notified about the seriousness of the brakes at last visit. They said I needed new tires and a brake fluid change. Nobody told me until I looked on line and saw several videos of 2018 hundreds of recalls, and two where the Rouge brakes failed;(
Only needed a minor adjustment, per the videographer.
Now I read, they’re not going to manufacture the Rouge Sport!!
If only I had been alerted!! I saw two recalls on my car accident appraisal after, but it was too late. Seems 2018 to 2021, from what I read, close to 300 hundred vehicles were recalled;(
I had no written notice and they won’t send me the paperwork proving they fixed my car, due to a recall. I really believe It could have saved a devastating accident;(

Panicked when my car wouldn’t start. I wasn’t sure I’d be able to get it in to the dealer at all let alone first thing that morning. Philip checked me in and in less than an hour the issue was found. They did need to get the part so gave me a ride home and back. Rain was the driver and was super nice. I will be back soon for the recall issue. Everyone was super nice and professional. Pleasant experience! Thank you so much

Based on true story the car is 2023 less than 7k miles, after serval times wasted visit they finally identified fuel pump was broken need to be replaced after the many times the car shaking (like about to shutdown and struggling to stay running) and FULL STOP taking the exit to merge in I87(once happened 2 miles away from the dealership leaving after they said nothing wrong with it). And even though it’s under manufacturing warranty it’s took 2 days and half of negotiation to give me temporary car while they wait for parts to be delivered and fixed took them weeks. I don’t plan take family in it, it not safe and their services and customer affairs are absolutely the worst (not to mention if you rent a car they will embarrass you max $30 a day) but the issue becomes less intense but still there and the car fully stop randomly, luckily I didn’t get into accident yet. The FUNNY part is when there regional director of customer affairs she said on recorded line that I can’t speak with someone else and I stuck with her after I asked her very politely and respectfully to talk to someone else. They literally go by whatever the mechanic thinks and if no code no problem. And even though the care wasn’t showing cods when they find out about the fuel pump. And she repeats unproductive old and dated useless customer service cliché
“ I’m sorry for inconvenience. “
“ you’re more than welcome to take it somewhere else to get it checked if you wish “
“ Nissan not on the position to offer solution unfortunately” unfortunately “
A car can’t even plan to take family in it on trip for more than a year. This is just a summary in reality. There are an hours of calls and days and even weeks to get here back from them wasted a lot of time and planning and stress and paying for the car to is like paying for headaches I never asked for. But never again Nissan.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Very clear on what was needed and didn't try to upsell me. Car was ready in the time frame they told me.
