Great experience. I made appt for oil and filter on line. Rep found my appt in computer and got me right in. I had a cup of coffee and talked with a sales rep a few minutes and they were done. I received a text video of the inspection done that was helpful to view.

Timely service, Pleasant waiting room. Still waiting for the recall part. Everything else is good.As of early 1/2024, They performed mandatory New York State Inspection yet also discovered and fixed a nail caused leaking tire. Taking care of 2 birds with one stone. Latham Ford alerted me that my Maverick had an open software recall and offered to perform the recall at our house with their mobile service. They were terrific! The service technician was great! Interestingly my Ford Pass app did not alert me to the recall whereas I could confirm it at the Ford webpage w/ my vin. Thank you Latham Ford!

Took my vehicle for service by appointment. Staff was friendly, courteous and professional. The appointment was on-time and my estimated wait time for completion was within 15 minutes. This was my first ever time with this business and I will most certainly patronize again!

This morning’s visit for service caught me off guard initially about the length of time it would take a technician to diagnose my car’s issues. I was facing having no car (I had scheduled appointments the next few days) or locating a rental. All the service staff, Alex,Rhonda, and managers, I presume, devised a very good plan so my car could be diagnosed while I waited. (Gary also had a hand in it.)Result—the parts required have been ordered and paid for and I will return my car for two days next week so the installation can be done. Many thanks and kudos to all of you who kindly came to my rescue with a gracious and workable solution.Darlene K.

BEWARE!i received a letter from Ford about extended part warranty, my car has one of the symptoms described in the letter. So I bring it here for a free inspection & free part+ labor if needed.We dropped off the car and it was there for a whole week. Later when my spouse picked up the car he had to pay 194.35$. I thought it was a mistake so i called multiple time to speak with the technician that said the symptom was related to an other issue that is not covered by the warranty. So now i payed for a diagnosis that should be free. A diagnosis that is 10 times overcharged compared to other local mechanic shops.To be honest, he claimed that he explained that to my spouse when dropping off the car but not to me, the owner of the car, the one who took the appointment and was checking on the status of the car. So i had no idea that i may pay anything.Anyway, i don't think that i will deal with them anymore and i don't recommend them.

I've been here three times in the last month because they couldn't correctly diagnose my car or remember to order parts.The first time I went was for a recall and to figure out why some lights on my dashboard were on, I mentioned to them that I was told by another place that it was most likely my speed sensor. They did the recall and diagnosed my car saying the problem was with the TCM sensor. They had to order the part so I made a second appointment for the next week.My second visit to get the TCM sensor replaced seemed good, but when I left, I got down the street and all of the lights on my dashboard that I thought were fixed immediately came back on. I turned around and went back to Ford and waited another hour for them to find out that it actually was the speed sensor all along! Since they had to order that part now, I made an appointment to come back in 2 weeks.I went in today for my third visit to finally get the correct sensor fixed. As soon as I got there I was told the part was not ordered so I would have to come back a FOURTH time for the same problem. I absolutely won't be going back.

Honest dealership. I had a straightforward experience purchasing my car here, and the service department always gives me a straightforward assessment and doesn't try to sell me on unnecessary repairs.
