THE WORST!! If I had a positive experience, I would also write about that. But I have never been scammed before this company had attempted to do to me.DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!! if it is a dealership only issue, bring it somewhere else to a different Ford dealership. They will tell you things that need to be fixed that are not true, you may even come out with a problem that you did not have before, but now suddenly have, my guess is that they're on commission, and makes things up. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else do not give this dealership the opportunity to screw anyone else over. And if you put a complaint into corporate, it's never addressed. It is up to the dealership to contact you about your issue, and they just never ever call. They simply do not care.

I scheduled an appointment on August 4th for a Safety Recall repair for brake lines. When I arrived, I was told by the service department that they would need to order the parts and it would take two weeks to receive them. I called 4 weeks later and asked if the parts were in. After speaking to the dealership manager and service manager, I was assured that I would get an update that day. So a full day later, I have not received an update and have decided to post this feedback.

I was just passing through when something broke off the bottom of my car and made a ton of noise. I pulled in with no appointment and asked if they could check that it was safe for me to drive back to my home several hours away. They took me in right away, talked me off the ledge, gave me great coffee, and had me on my way in no time. I am so grateful for the kindness and professionalism they showed me.

This is my first visit. The location is conveniently right off of the highway. The signage is excellent. I was immediately able to locate the Ford sign from a mile away. When I turned onto the road to enter Ford there was ample signage for the service area. I knew exactly which direction to turn into to enter service, where to park and there was also a service sign with enter here directly over the service entrance area. This is always helpful when this is your first visit.They immediately served me and entered my information and I signed up for shuttle service, but because I arrived so early. They said they could have my car serviced early so I could drive myself. I said great, I'll wait.15 minutes before they promised to have the car done the service rep came and told me they were done with one finding and if I opted to have that service they would still have me done on time.Well, unfortunately, my car wasn't done on time and when I went to the service rep he apologized and said there was no charge for the service that day. I truly appreciated that they stand by their word.They also have a coffee service which I totally appreciate as a cup of joe in the morning person.I'll definitely be back.
