As first-time sellers, we were a little anxious about the whole selling process. We reached out to Mike and he was simply GREAT! He walked us through the complete selling process and was personally involved in each and every step right from posting the listing to having our house closed.He was available anytime (even on weekends) to answer all our questions and made sure he was on top of everything. We used Tom Casey as our agent to purchase our first home in Colonie in September. He made the entire home buying experience very positive, though at times in this market I wasn't sure we would ever find the right home that would check most, if not all of the boxes. It took us about 5-6 months to find our home; along the way Tom would sometimes sense my frustration (noting of his doing, just because of the lack if inventory) and he would assure me not to worry that he would find us the home that we were looking for.One Saturday when I was starting to really feel discouraged Tom called and said “Bill I’ve got the perfect home!” And boy was he right! We found our first home right in the Village of Colonie and me and my family couldn’t be happier! I guess what I’m trying to say is I appreciate Field Realty and Tom’s help and dedication to finding me and my family the perfect home! Thank you!

I just experienced the best home sale and closing ever in all the years of my many real estate transactions.It all started when I needed to sell a residential property in upstate New York. I was named the executer of my ex husband’s estate. He passed away quickly and unexpectedly.Our daughter was grieving and too emotional to partake in the sell of his home.To complicate matters we live in Florida so very difficult to manage long distance.I was in a panic and overwhelmed with the many legal aspects and duties as the executer. I needed to sell and knew no one.My lucky day came when I was referred to Patrick Hartman with the Field Reality Group. I then researched reviews and their excellent service was confirmed.I explained to Patrick that I could not leave Florida right away and he said not to worry he would help me. And did he ever!!The home needed repairs, painting, lawn care, cleaning etc. Patrick found the right people with the right price.Then he managed them, making many, many time consuming trips to the home to let workers in and supervise.It took 2 months to ready the home to list. After it was listed it sold within two weeks and above asking price.I had only met Patrick twice. The first time to meet at the house and go over our game plan. And the second time with my daughter for her fathers funeral.The next thing I knew the closing was complete!
