Huge and gorgeous establishment! My boyfriend and I walked around for over an hour enjoying all there was to offer. All of the plants were fairly priced and healthy!! Felt like I was walking in a dream. Home decor was cute too!

Mostly horrible. The employees, for the most part, are not just distant and aloof, they are downright creepy.
Today I entered the store and walked past some young guy. I was looking to ask a question and found a cashier. The cashier was friendly and gave me directions to the product I was after. When I returned with the products, I purchased them, the guy who was just milling about up front came in to talk to the cashier... he didn't look like an employee but apparently was... he and all the other staff never even greeted me...or anyone else that was in the store. After i made my purchase some guy with a walkie talkie walked by and says yeah. With strange eye contact with the cashier. It was as if he was doing some bizarre act of security. These people are paranoid!
I had promised myself to never go there after during a previous visit where some creepy old guy who looked like a washed up old Marine drill sargent followed me all over the store on seguay (motorized 2 wheel vehicle you stand on). He followed me around glaring at me as I shopped. It was my first time there and I was taking my time shopping but he was rude and creepy. I ended up making a large purchase and as I was in the parking lot putting my purchases in my vehicle he was glaring at me from his seguay, as I was packing up. I was not intimided by this washed out wanna be ex tough guy, but it was a bit unnerving and insulting as I felt I had been targeted for some random reason.
Anyway both times I went, the staff were creepy and rude.
One star given to store for decent selection. Prices are high...definitely jacked way up. This is not the nicest garden center in the area, and it is definitely not the friendliest.
Go here if you want, but it's not fun, beautiful, or economical.

Hands down no discussion the absolute best Nursery in the area ...healthy plants huge variety.... exceptionally knowledgeable people and courteous staff

We have used Faddegons for years. Up until now we’ve been happy customers. Just redid a garden. It came out beautiful, but they never put down landscape fabric to prevent the weeds. Now the garden looks horrible as I can’t maintain it. Spent a bundle of money very disappointed. .

Have purchased many plants and gifts here 4 over 20 some years. Beautiful selections always with helpful associates at the ready. Easily the best place 2 shop and make your garden perfect!

Their website or Facebook doesn't really show what kind of roses they carry. I called to ask if they have a list of varieties they carry. Wanted to know if they carried David Austin roses. However the rose section representative was so freaking rude and sarcastic with that simple question. All I did was inquire about really basic information.

I had a nice time at Faddegons this past week. I was very impressed with their large selection of plants and flowers. The staff there was very responsive and was able to help us with what we needed for our current landscaping project we have. I will definitely be back. Thanks so much!

They have a wide variety of plants which is nice. But their staff have horrible customer service. The women checking me out just seemed annoyed and was half ignoring me. Will not be coming back her again.

The best nursery I have ever been to. It's jaw dropping how gorgeous the green house are. Prices aren't the best, but I highly reccomend them for all your houseplant and garden needs!

This is an incredible nursery. Anthropologie has plant/cafe store, only one, deep in Connecticut, called Terrain. I love it there but it's hours away. This is the same vibe, just no cafe (yet...I hope). Im almost inclined not to share this place because it's such a gem. So many plants, containers decorations, jewelry, scents...anything that leads to ambiance and hygge, they've got it. I was recommended to visit this place by a local and I'm so glad I did. Even walking around has been refreshing, since it's the dead of winter at 20* out. The employees are very warm and welcoming, and I see them out and doing things, like real things. They're either cleaning, helping customers or watering plants. A very energizing place, but from deep within. The type of energy that makes you feel relaxed and motivated at the same time. I will be coming back! Yelp says it's closed today but I'm thankful it's not. I will be posting a picture of the winter hours.

Perhaps the most beautiful garden shop ever.... This place obviously does not need my review. All those other five star reviews tell the story. We are in the plant business. There are not many places like this. You have to look long and hard to find any place close to this. The quality of the plant material is top-tier. Everything is extremely well taken care of. Everyone who works there is extremely knowledgeable. The collection of pottery is absolutely beautiful even though it is not huge. The gift area complements the plant theme extremely well. It's a great place to pick out a gift For anyone who loves horticulture, nature, flowers. Someone I love is a big wildflower fan, and there are posters and sketchbooks and any number of other types of gifts that are appropriate. Whoever buys for this place really has an eye for aesthetics. I have no fear That this place would be heavily affected by Amazon or other online sellers. Really really really beautiful.
