If you live in a secure building avoid DHL at all costs. Every time the driver says they can not access the building. There is a call box next to the door. It goes to my cell phone. Even if I’m on a plane. The driver never even attempts to use the call box. I call the Latham location and the minute the phone picks up, it goes directly to hold music and even after 20 minutes no one picks up the call. Tried multiple times.

The driver lied and said the premises was closed so they could go home early and not deliver the package. My store was open and has security cameras which proves no delivery was attempted. This constantly happens with DHL. One time it was 3 days in a row they said we were closed. We've complained multiple times in the past 2 years and they have yet to fix the issue with the drivers. FedEx, UPS, and USPS deliver packages to my store without problems.

I had a package that had been delayed a few times. I needed the dress for a wedding I was attending and it wasn’t going to be delivered in time. Ben was an absolute life saver. He was able to locate the crate it was in and set it aside for earlier pick up. Stellar customer service!

If I could give this negative 100 stars I would I received notification that it was out for delivery by "5-7 day" So, I waited 8 day for no delivery to show. I called the DHL asking if I could go to this service point to pick it up myself, they told me no. Now I had to wait for 8 days to get the package. for one more week OK I asked for the first thing delivery this am, and they could not agree. He suddenly hung up the phone This is not right

After a driver attempted a delivery that needed my signature but didn’t see the release form I had left on the porch, I was good and mad when I submitted the form online to give instructions for a delivery the next business day. Then, almost immediately after i submitted the form I received a text message from the delivery manager telling me she was going to send the driver back immediately! It was fantastic service!! Carissa Palella, you went above and beyond to ensure a great customer experience and we got the delivery we needed on Friday instead of having to wait until Monday. Bravo!!!
