Very accommodating. staff at this CVS, the Pharmacy especially.I walked in on Black Friday and as busy as they were I was able to get my Covid shot. I am very thankful during this season of givingThanks.

They are Not honest about the time they need to fill prescriptions. It Never fails that I need to return 2 and 3 times before I am able to receive my prescriptions. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!Less than 1 star !!

Ive been going to this pharmacy for 2 years now while I’m on chemotherapy for stage 4 kidney cancer. These past couple months this woman that works at the pharmacy has been HORRIBLE to me. Rude, giving me blank stares when i ask questions. And today she snatched my antibiotics out of my hand because there was a problem with my insurance. No explanation on what happened she hands me a paper saying i need to call this number and called the next person in line. I called the number and they’re closed. I need this medication, without it i can become very sick and need hospitalization. They didn’t care they didn’t even acknowledge me after i couldn’t get a hold of whoever i was supposed to be calling. I called Walgreens and the lady on the phone explained to me what that paper was and why i needed to call that number. Apparently it was showing that i had 2 different insurances and they just needed to get it straightened out. This CVS doesn’t care about the ppl they are supposed to help.

Been a customer for 20 years but since long time pharmacist left a few years ago the pharmacy department has become nothing but a mess Today my Dr sent a script for a new med. I received a text shortly after that it would be ready at 2pm today. I then called in a refill for another medication. I called to see if both could be ready at the same time. I was told the new med was out of stock and wouldn’t be in till Monday. I was told the refill would be ready after 2. At 2:15 I went to pick up my refill. Waited in line 10 minutes. Pharmacist was very rude and condescending to people, talking over them, interrupting them and even shouting from the vaccine area at someone at the counter. I was told my order wasn’t ready yet. They would expedite it and to come back in 15-20. Half hr later I returned, waited in line again 10 minutes only to be told it’s not in stock and won’t be till Monday. I cancelled order. Not the first time this has happened to me. New scripts were sent to a new pharmacy and were ready within an hr. Not the same since Pharmacist Bobby Wind left this store. He was awesome. Bye Bye CVS

Counter staff don’t acknowledge customers, keep their backs turned to you, and then want YOU to show them a receipt to open a container your item is in after you just bought it and need it opened. The customer after me shouldn’t have to tell them that I just paid for it when they gave me a hard time. When I said, you can check the self checkout I hit no receipt, they insist again they needed a receipt. I had to log into my credit card to show them the pending charge. The lady then says “next time have her open it before hand” with an attitude. No NEXT TIME I won’t come back because they are disgustingly RUDE and made it an issue when it didn’t have to be. UNPROFESSIONAL and need to be spoken to.

Unfortunately, the bad employees outnumber the few really great employees. They'll say prescriptions which were sent hours or even days ago aren't there and then get belligerent but when someone else looks, the prescription IS there. They've sent the wrong medication, for someone else! to our home. This happened so frequently i had to switch pharmacies. Stay away from this one, it's horrible.

Kate is kind, very efficient and professional. When we misplaced a prescription, she was going to help us get another one. As it turned out, it wasn't necessary but she was willing to go the extra mile.

Don't waste your time with passport photos at this store. You're better off going to the post office in Halfmoon and having your photos done there. It's less expensive, and they cut the photos like they're supposed to. CVS is a waste of time and money and con you into extra photos (for a hefty price) in case you cut the pictures wrong. What a ripoff.

If I could leave zero starts i would. Counter staff is horrible. They are rude. Over speak you, rush through your order, are never smiling or pleasant. On phone or in person. Don’t choose this pharmacy. THE WORST!
