If you're buying food: The wraps are good, but the pizza is not good.
Coffee is standard.
Employees were friendly. No hot sandwiches were stocked a 1pm.

I am regular customer of the farms and living near it!! I came today morning around 1:40 am and requested for the key of restroom but the lady denied !! She was so rude!! And filled the gas and returned back ??

The people that work here...one girl is nice and good in evenings, but most of the others are slow and miserable looking. I can deal with miserable but they move so slowly most of them. Like you're bothering them if you want to buy something. The girl today gave me my change with the bills all folded up and didn't say thank you or anything. I had to step aside to straight the bills to see if she even gave me correct change back. No wonder the Stewart's across the street is so much busier

I go to the store 5 days a week Monday through Friday and sometime Saturday. During the week There's a young girl that always greet you with a good morning I don't know her name but she's short and thin. She always takes a minute out to speak with everybody, and I think that's awesome.

Cumberland farms, please do something with your staffs at your Latham location. Every single one of your staffs there are rude, nasty, and absolutely miserable. They have no business being in retail working starting with so called a manager with glasses on. They give your company the bad names. I have given them benefit of the doubt, months after months. This morning I went in, the girl with multiple hair color snapped at me bc I went up to her before she was ready. They all know me as being a regular, yet I have yet to see ANY personable and friendly staffs, they always ask for the ID, even for the matches, the manager freaked out and yelled when I brought my dog in for a brief second saying the dog can’t be in here. Their excuses….”per company policy…” absolutely disgusted how they treat their customers there. Never ever will I step my foot in your store again, congratulations they probably got their wish come true.

Cumberland Farms is now keeping their restrooms locked?! I don't want to have to touch some dirty spoon to use the restroom like I'm in some disgusting gas station. I have to wash my hands then touch this spoon attached to the key and I can only imagine the germs on that thing. It was always nice to he able to zip in and use the restrooms there. I 100% will not go there again. I'll be going to Stewart's from now on.

Who ever is working tonight at this store has piss pour customer service. He shouldn't be working if he's not greeting customers with respect. Extremely rude when you can't even say have a good evening or hello when u walk in the door. Please get better help as I already know it's hard to find any help let along good help these day. He must go find himself a job where he can be alone with out having to talk or say hello to anyone. he's not a nice person at all. Sunday January 23rd at 930 pm. very poor customer service
