“People come on here mainly to piss and moan. Want proof? Look at the 2 reviews Sunmark has received, - 5 years ago and 9 years ago. Each under completely different leadership. Since, Sunmark has expanded significantly, branches have been remodeled for better member services, and their loan process streamlined. Interesting how nobody comes on here to say any of the positives. Miserable people everywhere.”

She actually figured out the reason I kept having card issues over the last few YEARS that even the people at my home Cap Com didnt take the care to figure out. “Over the years, I found First New York FCU services to be very prompt and hassle-free. I used their services for an auto loan and checking account. They offered the best auto loan rate at the time and were very prompt to give me the check for my car. I forgot to ask for lien release certificate when the loan was paid off. I even closed my accounts b/c I was not really using them.More than five years later, I walked in to ask for that lien release certificate, with full expectation that it would be long daunting task, requiring several visits, as I was coming back after so many yrs and did not have an active account with them. However, they gave me the certificate literally within 5 minutes of entering the bank!! I could not ask for any better service! I highly recommend them and will be using their services in future.”

And as everyone knows they have now become Broadview Federal Credit Union,but personally, I don't care what they call themselves as long as they keep providing the absolutely awesome customer service that they've provided us with all of these years!!!Broadview Federal Credit Union has continued providing us with excellent service , for example when someone somehow got our credit card number and charged almost $800.00 for basketball tickets in Atlanta , Broadview immediately canceled my credit card, issued new cards to us , removed the charge from my statement, and opened a fraud investigation, and we received our new cards in about 5 business days,IT JUST DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!Broadview has had our business for year's now , and we plan on staying, they're wonderful people and we would highly recommend them to everyone.”

Each time I visit I leave happy that I do not deal with an "actual bank". I trust they will maintain their increased level of customer service as I believe that is the foundation for customer satisfaction. I am relieved following the merge and so pleased to be a credit union member. I love that they have all the functionality of online banking, but still have the customer service in person .. much appreciated.”
“This is my "local" bank because I work downtown during the week and am in the Empire State Plaza daily. Their hours are convenient, they always have several tellers waiting to help with normal banking deposits and withdrawals (and several others who help with things like loans and such), and they are all super friendly. SEFCU handled my car loan and my home mortgage and both processes went super easy. The only downside to this location is that on NYS payday the place is mobbed! I avoid it that day whenever possible.”
