“I stopped by the Stewart’s in Latham and had to use the restroom—let me tell you, I was blown away! This was, hands down, the cleanest gas station bathroom I have ever seen. It was spotless—so clean it could rival the Taj Mahal! (Not that I’d eat off the floor, but if I had to, this would be the place!)
Huge shoutout to Jeff for keeping it in such pristine condition. He clearly takes pride in his work, and it shows. This kind of dedication deserves recognition—give this man a 30% raise and a promotion! And while we’re at it, his shift manager, Sherry, was incredibly friendly and personable, making the whole visit even better.

“Lady made my milkshake so fast and it was so thick it was best one I’ve ever gotten from Stewart’s. Don’t know why all these other peoples reviews have the nerve to write paragraphs about how ‘bad’ their service was for the 5 minutes they’re even in there. At the end of the day it’s a convience store, the staff work long hours and it’s okay if they aren’t perfect because they deal with people 24/7. Lighten up and be nice to our workers or else you wouldn’t be able to get your coffees.”
“WONDERFUL pharmacy staff! Highly recommend. I have needle anxiety that is exacerbated by the smell of rubbing alcohol. I came in for three vaccines already very anxious. They were phenomenal at responding to my special needs. Pretty much the whole team communicated with each other to come up with with alcohol alternatives, distraction techniques, extra privacy, and emotional support.
The man who gave me my shots was calm, took his time, and offered to make the situation as comfortable as he could. He did not make me feel freakish for my special needs. He was the first person I spoke to, and oversaw everything through to the end.
A super nice woman popped in to see if she could help out, and was fantastic at soothing me. She had an absolutely lovely personality. I would trust her with the smallest and most fearful child. She had no purpose in that room other than to give me emotional support. I think the team sent her in specifically for her skill with nervous patients.
I felt safe and respected throughout the whole process. Nobody made me feel ashamed for having special needs; in fact, they went above and beyond in offering everything everyone could think of to help my anxiety. They even gave me a comic book collab between Marvel and Pfizer! :) If people like them had been in charge of my vaccines as a child, I probably wouldn't have needle anxiety to begin with.
I'd recently had a bad experience at a different Walgreens, and having an exceptional experience here has made it impossible for me to hold any resentment against the brand. They not only provided a caring personal experience, but secured my customer loyalty. Excellent individuals with excellent leadership make for an excellent store. I'm wearing my three red bandaids with pride!”
“We came here because they had black raspberry hard flavored ice cream. For such a familiar flavor, we struggled to find it at both local supermarket chains. We also tried two different ice cream shops that we normally frequent and neither had it. So, we came here and purchased one of their ice cream pint containers. Once my wife found out what I was up to, she actually picked out three different flavors and had them layered in the package.For $4, this is a good deal. It is cheaper than purchasing a pint of each flavor when you are in the mood to try a little of several things. Their ice cream isn't my favorite (too sweet, and sticky) so my local place is safe. But, for "black raspberry emergencies" it will provide a temporary antidote until we find a better option.”

“I stopped in after my delivery to grab a coffee as iv done before. The lady working on 08/27/24 around 10:30 was very nice and multitasking. She was taking customers cleaning and stocking by the looks off it. The store was very clean and the coffee station was very neat. I picked up a few things and was on my way. Great experience. Keep the good work. The 7/11s we have in Canada are a dump so being at this one that was clean was very refreshing. She also helped me out with her recommendations for her favourite chips? I was not disappointed!”
“I go to the store 5 days a week Monday through Friday and sometime Saturday. During the week There's a young girl that always greet you with a good morning I don't know her name but she's short and thin. She always takes a minute out to speak with everybody, and I think that's awesome.”

“I came to CVS in a hurry looking for Sodium Chloride Opthalmic Ointment and couldn't find it. I saw an employee stocking shelves and politely asked him for help and told him that I was in a rush. He quickly stopped what he was doing and asked what I needed. I gave him the description and he searched on his phone for it. At first we went to the pharmacy area and it couldn't find it. Then we went to Aisle 21, and found something similar but it wasn't thointments ointment. Finally we headed back to the backward again by the pharmacy and then we found it. I was extremely grateful for his assistance. I asked his name just to leave this review. He said Brady, like Tom Brady or Brady Brunch. We had a good laugh and I proceeded to check out. Thank you Brady for your help, have an awesome day!”

“Aka Stewart's in Malta rt 9 by troopers barracks. Great selection usually always stocked as well. Shawna one of the managers is awesome! I HATE mornings (I don't get much sleep ever so mornings are beyond rough) and I can be a moody B but if Shawnas working she ends up getting a laugh outta me before sending me on my way. She deserves a big raise!!! ? Lol”
