Every step went quickly and I was reassured I was making the right decisions

1st. Call Maintenance & Remodeling, which Vanessa recommended, come to my home to take measurements of my windows prior to placing my order and installed all my window treatments. They did such a great job and could not have asked for better. I absolutely love every one of my window treatments I purchased and very happy with the product and service. I found the decorators at Comfortex Window Shades welcoming and knowledgeable. Their showroom is beautiful, with a wonderful selection of window treatments there on display. It was important to us to see how the cordless and motorized shades operated.It was a great way to shop for window shades. They made it fun, easy, and simple. We loved what we purchased.

My experience with Comfortex was two fold. First, the professionalism & knowledge of the staff at the store in Latham was so helpful to me in making the decision as to what kind of blinds to choose. They spent as much time as was necessary to take care of me. I am grateful for that.The company contracted by Comfortex (1st Call Maintenance & Remodeling) is excellent. Jim & Mike came to my home, took the measurements prior to the purchase & then returned to my home to install the blinds. They were efficient, precise, very friendly & pleasant and cleaned up after themselves, leaving nothing for me to do except put the left over materials in the trash. I highly recommend them to anyone.I was extremely satisfied with everything regarding my experience with Comfortex as well as being extremely satisfied with my choice of blinds (I love them) and I highly recommend Comfortex and 1st Call Maintenance & Remodeling to anyone looking to purchase quality blinds for their home.Valerie Falzo

really poor quality craftsmanship. ordered 3 roman shade blinds all 3 were defective/ damaged in a different way. they tried to say they were damaged during shipping but the packaging was pristine. just poor quality craftmansip. See pictures below

Absolutely fabulous experience at Comfortex.I booked a private appointment in the showroom with the decorator Ann Marie. She guided me through the entire process and truly customized our design experience. The showroom was safe and comfortable and couldn't be happier with the final product.

Great place to find window coverings, factory direct pricing and staff who knows their product and process. Super helpful with samples of the fabrics for you to take home. For the best quote and no pressure experience have in mind color and have good measurements.
