I came to the shop to have some suspenders embroidered for my wedding. I wanted some initials stitched onto the kind of stretchy material that suspenders are made of. The girls were helpful at first. They had the girl from the back come out to take a look at the material. She told me that it didn't work on her machine, that the material was too elastic and stretchy. I couldn't argue with that. They recommended that the only thing that I could do was get a piece of material, have that embroidered, and then have it stitched onto the suspenders. Sounded like a good suggestion at first, but that would have looked pretty shoddy. And they were not the ones who were offering to do the work. The other option was that I have the small leather piece on the back embroidered. But, the girl told me, there is no one in the area who will do that. So I basically brought in over $100 worth of work, they told me it could not be done, and I left having wasted time and been told my idea for my wedding was impossible. I found a different company not far away (JCB specialties) to do the embroidery work I wanted, so they were wrong about the work being impossible. Just having a hard time understanding why they were negative about my idea and dismissive of doing the work. A reply would be nice, but, at the moment, I wouldn't go back or recommend the shop to anyone.

Clearly Yours is my one stop shop for gifts and cards! They recently expanded the store space and it is just beautiful. Every piece of personalization they're done for me and my family members has been perfect. 100% would recommend!

This store is run by 2 sisters who are the most unfriendly and unwelcoming people I have ever encountered! They don't even acknowledge customers as they enter the store. Their staff is now beginning to take on their way of treating customers. Work on your customer service girls! Not long ago they had a suggestion sheet about future items you'd like to see them carry, should've wrote " friendly attitude to those who shop your little gift store!"
