Very rude supervisor and employees. They don’t know their rules and what is your customers right. She threaded me she can closed my account becuse I asked her for my rights as a customer. Also if that supervisor worked for me she was going to get fired 10x a day

The Loudonville branch needs to either be staffed appropriately or closed. Every Saturday there is one teller running the branch. Either the manager or the bank have no idea how to effectively run this branch. It's been amazing listening to the staff complaining about the elderly clients waiting in the lobby not using the mobile app. I guess they don't feel the need to cater to the needs of their clients in this location. Off to Bank of America.

These people are AWESOME. They went to bat for me so that I could re-establish credit, and obtained a Citizens bank Credit card, when I needed one. It helped me to re-establish my credit Thank You, You folks ROCK.
