Kevin was very easy to work with and quick to address my needs. Capital one was giving me a hard time for a simple direct deposit form request. So switched to chase which is local and got everything i needed here

There's a worker in there named Bobbi Royal. She is absolutely ? amazing. She goes above & Beyond to help you. I been to a lot of Chase bank location from NYC through out upstate. But Bobbi Royal was the most helpful person we ever encountered.
