Recently, I ordered flowers from Casa Flora, and the person working there was very kind and meticulous, so I felt really good. My mother loved the flowers that were beautifully arranged. It's a store where I want to continue giving flowers as gifts in the future!

Very disappointed.ordered a funeral floral arrangement March 6 with specific colors blue and violet and flowers gerbera daisies in a spray, when itarrivwd it was all sunflowers. For almost 200$ I expected better. The person taking my order was alone and interruptions were continuous as she scribbled down my order.

I’ve been a customer of this florist for many years now and have always been super pleased! We just got our Mother’s Day flowers today and they are absolutely beautiful. Great small business with wonderful employees. I cannot say enough great things about this place!
Edit: these are the flowers almost one week later! Still beautiful and in tact!

Would give ZERO stars if that was possible. Ordered a funeral arrangement on March 25 for services on April 6. Was told they would deliver at 8 am. Upon arriving at the church on April 6 at 9, there were no flowers. I called immediately and was given an apology and was told they would deliver them right away (5 minutes away). Called again at 9:30 since flowers hadn't arrived. After some stalling, I was told they made a mistake and do not have the wreath ready, they thought the flowers were for next weekend. Not sure how....since April 6 was clearly written ( by the store employee/owner?) on the order form. When I stopped in for my refund ( at which time I was NOT offered a bouquet of flowers or anything to make up for their error), the gentleman told me he thought the order was for the 16. Which isn't even next weekend! Representative from the funeral home said this is not the first time there has been problems with deliveries from this florist. Try ANYPLACE else for your flower orders!

Casa Flora created a large, standing, gorgeous flower arrangement and delivered it to the church for a loved one’s funeral at the very last minute. The family was so blessed by the arrangement. Thank you soooo much!

I was very disappointed in my last order. Delivery was excellent, but the arrangement was nothing like the picture and description on the website. I was supposed to get a variety of yellow flowers and it was only yellow daisies. I sent them an email and never received a response. Probably won't be ordering from there again.
