Lacks professionalism and customer service skills. Would not recommend picking up a Budget Truck rental from this place. Budget was great, it's dealing with one of the staff there. Told me I can't pick up my truck there when Budget rescheduled me for the pick up day and time. If I could give 0 stars I would, horrible experience!
