Was told the set I purchased was available same day, when u told them I would be picking it up and not having it delivered it went to a 9 to 10 week wait. Was gonna leave and shop else where but the manager said if I paid extra for threshold delivery for the chairs I only had to wait until 5/8 to have all my furniture. The sales woman Christy was the only reason I paid the extra charge of 40 dollars and gave my business to Bob's because she was leaps and bounds above and beyond an amazing person. She spent alot of time with me and my wife and really did an amazing job so I felt it only right to give her my business. In short you shouldn't have to pay extra to get the furniture you are buying at a certain time. Being as big a business as they are they should have waved the fee or do a better job at product availability

When you say you're going to do something for it. I was at the store for a mattress exchange. The mattress I paid $600 dollars for is terrible. I went to bobs in latham and after being told the mattress I wanted wasn't available until may 28th. I picked another one. The two sales people said the computers we acting weirs and don't worry you don't have to wait we will put the order in and you'll get it this Saturday morning. THEY NEVER PUT THE ORDER IN! THE YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE which you can't understand them as It is overseas...I explained it three different times. I got ahold of the store and they said the manager isn't in. Customer Service calls the store and the manager is too busy to speak to me. REALLY!!!!

My salesperson Rich G. Was fabulous. He was very attentive to my concerns. Made light humor; just all around engaging.Unlike another big name store that I found the sales person was all business, not engaging and was nowhere to be found when I had a question. The salesperson at that store went on break! Who does that when you have a client on the showroom floor.Thank you Rich you are the very best. Be sure and ask for him. I know I will for my next purchase. Thank you Bob’s and thank you Rich G.

I buttoned other furniture from Bob throughout the years. I walked in pretty much knowing what I wanted, but a young lady named Nicole is very helpful and prompt to service my needs for the purchase.

My 1st time going to Bobs....Im glad I did. Very welcoming soon as you walk in the door. Katie our sales expert helped with financing and choosing the right furniture to fit our family needs. Katie was very knowledgeable about the stors products policies and procedures. It was a great experience. They have a cafe where everything is free. Water ,coffee and snack, even ice cream....(yum) Katie our sales expert was not pushy, she was patient and let us take our time. Katie explained the whole process from beginning to end throughly and answered all of our questions happily. At this point we have a delivery date so I cannot comment on that but I have cofidence that process should go well......Lisa and family.I'll post pictures on a follow up review so all can see the high quality of our purchase.

(Buyer Beware)So I purchased the warranty against my furniture through Bob’s for damaged furniture. The sales rep gave me a false advertisement. I am here today to let people know they do not hold up with their warrantees. I have a rip in the chair that they will not fix ! They go through guardian And they have a 30 to 60 day policy on any dents or anything to fix that on your purchase after delivery!So make sure you’re real petty about everything with them right from get go And the five-year warranty that they claimed was a lifetime warranty is not! indeed it is a five-year warranty, even though my furniture is almost 3 years old And the side of my chair ripped, they will not fix that !whether it was an accident or not! guardian is not easy to deal with they Don’t hold up to their end of the bargain, so whatever you do, do not buy the warranty against your furniture you’re wasting money and Your time dealing with the people to try to get the furniture fixed or replaced like they promised!you when they they falsely advertised, Sharlene Darmetko
