Placed online order for a sectional. Unfortunately it was on back order, but they sent me regular updates. When it came in, scheduled pickup online and was in and out in 8 min. Great employees and we love our furniture.

Salseman Juan Carlos is exceptional. He shows a genuine interest, is informative & helpful and doesn't follow you around and pressure you. He independently follows up - calls you after you placed
your order to be sure you have no concerns & also follows up on your delivery date. He's a definite plus to Bob's Latham store.
