“A thief stole my check out of a mail can in front of the post office. He "washed" my check and made it payable to himself. Luckily, Trustco sensed something and called me to see if I did write it to him. I had to close my account and open a new one. They were extremely helpful professional and courteous with this awful situation and big shout out to Alex & William for everything!”
“This is my branch and Michelle the teller is why I drive just for this location. Josh the customer service rep isn't here any longer, which makes me sad but Michelle is and again she is the best. She keeps that small town personal touch her at this branch. Now I can't say the same for other branches but here........again....personal.”

“I have been going here for years, and it is a pretty busy location. It is not always easy to get quick help, especially when there is a lot of traffic, but they are helpful when you do get through the waiting. The staff is normally very welcoming, and they help ensure you are speaking with the proper person to get the proper assistance.I have also met with the Merril Lynch representative at this location, Aidan, who was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable in his field. He helped me with both retirement and investment accounts. He got everything set up for me on a Saturday and provided directions on how to utilize what we set up on the coming Monday when the market opened up. Aidan is a great resource for this branch.This location also has two ATMs, which have always been stocked and working properly whenever I need to use them. I look forward to visiting the next time I need help.”

“There's a worker in there named Bobbi Royal. She is absolutely ? amazing. She goes above & Beyond to help you. I been to a lot of Chase bank location from NYC through out upstate. But Bobbi Royal was the most helpful person we ever encountered.”
