I ran over a screw and ended up with a flat tire. The clerk gave me step by step instructions on how to use the plug kit I was purchasing and provided me a can of fix-a-flat so I could make it to a gas station to put air in. 10 out 10 customer service would recommend this location to anyone.

On a very hot day my car wouldn't start. I called AAA, who jumped my battery and told me not to shut off my car but to drive it immediately to somewhere & buy a new battery. I went on a search for a battery, and the first 3 places couldn't help me; fourth time was a charm, as Auto Zone not only had the battery I needed but helped me immediately. I was lucky enough to have Dan come out to my car in the blistering heat and install the new battery. He was helpful and friendly and worked quickly, chatting with me the whole time. Thank you Auto Zone. Thank you, Dan!

Everybody at this Autozone It's so friendly. They go out of their way to help you. They even do things they're not even supposed to do as far as that's not their job. But they will go a step above to help a customer. I've been going here for a while. I buy all the things for my car and here. I wouldn't go elsewhere because they are knowledgeable. They're friendly and they go above and beyond further customers. Great job autozone oh, and it's the one in I'm talking about this 1 in Watervliet n.y

I came in looking for a component of my Holley Carburetor. I had no Luck finding the part number, but the team there disassembled one of their own carburetors that was the same as mine to find the exact part number. Zamuel especially helped me and was great. They are a good team and will make sure you get the correct components that you need. 11/10 job.

Clean Parking lot, friendly staff. I would have given 5 stars ?. But.. The employee helping me looked up the headlight i needed for the make and model of my vehicle and pulled it from the shelf for me. After looking at it, i said "im pretty Sure that's not the right light". Yet he continued to insist it was. So i bought it, went outside to change the bulb and BAM! Bobs your uncle.. it was indeed the wrong bulb. Which then turned intothe need to walk back in and return it for the correct item.

One day I was driving back from vacation and on the way my car got heated up and somehow I ended up here. The assistant manager Gerard and one of the staff member was so supportive to me that I am unable describe in words. My family and was able to get home with all the kinds and support. We are so grateful for the support we received. The support was beyond imaginable. Thanks a lot Gerard.

Im doing something different in this review, Im rating this store from 2 points of view, first as a customer and secondly as an employee! Im an older shade tree mechanic and motorcyclist with quite a few years under my belt and having purchased a decent amount of parts and needed supplies for my cars and motorcycles here at this location, I can easily say this store is clean and very well lit, there is a very decent amount of inventory, fair pricing,and the big difference here is that everyone I have had the pleasure to have dealt with is extremely friendly and very helpfull and unlike quite a few other businesses the crew here actually care about what they do! The second part of this review is from me as a current employee of the past 6 months. I got hired this past March and from the start every single person here has been helpfull and an absolute joy to work with! Ive worked for many automotive warehouse/stores over the years to name a few,,Ehrlichs, Wheels, Napa, Big A auto, Agars Motorcraft,Clifton Park Toyota,Pffeifers speed parts, and probably a few I have missed . there were some good folks that I had the pleasure of working with there as well, but not on the same level as Autozone! For the first time in many years, working here really does feel like a true family and I actually feel good every day I come to work! I cant say enough about our staff and how much they help everyone and in some cases bend over backwards and go far and beyond to help me as an employee and more importantly our customers as well.
