“Kaiser Body Shop was originally recommended to me by a Toyota salesperson a number of years ago. My latest business with them was in October 2024. I rarely write reviews, but this quality business deserves the highest of ratings. The employees from top to bottom are friendly, helpful, and flexible. They know how to deal with insurance companies and to "properly" restore your vehicle. My 2024 Corolla was returned to me looking better than it did out of the showroom. You probably won't get "next day restorations," because their services are in demand, but it is worth the wait!”

“Bought a truck & previous owner forgot to raise the Fisher MM2 jack stand, need i say more. A few people told me to call T & T. Called them 1st because im 45 min away. Woman answered & she was fantastic & looked it up & told me they had them in stock. I immediately drove there & the gentalman behind the counter had me out the door in minutes with a new jack stand & the handle for the top. Arrived home & installed it. Now works flawless. Great place for snowplow parts! Now i can remove it off the truck without the painstakly jacking it up with blocking.”

723 New Loudon Rd, Latham“I feel like service departments can be a coin flip in terms of what you'll get but I had a great experience today. I should note that the visit started on a somewhat bad note. When I called for an appointment I said the car needed a 110k service (the service due light flicked on at 110k) and that I needed to wait for the car, but when I arrived the service person told me that 110k service isn't a suggested service but 115k service should be done instead which typically takes 3 1/2 hours. I wasn't ready for that so we talked through prioritizing different services. Once the car was on the lift it was suggested that the rear brakes be replaced and an alignment performed as well. I knew that I'd be driving a lot over the next few months and agreed to both. I was told it would take two hours to finish the job but it ended up being an hour and a half and came in slightly below the estimated cost. Faster service and lower cost!! The car is driving great; the alignment was definitely needed as I can feel the difference in the way the car drives. Finally, the waiting area is super clean, spacious and comfortable. If you need to wait a for a longer time there are several restaurants and big box stores (CVS, Lowes) close by so you can tick a few errands off your list while your car's being serviced.”

Although we did not get the trade amount we were looking for, dealing with Salesman Jake Dunican was such a pleasant experience, after having spoken a couple of times with Tracy from online marketing who was very professional and kind, it was a seamless and quick process. We are loving the new car. Thank you to Jake and Finance Manager Noah Rosenberg for their courteous and caring customer service. We hope to have a long future relationship of vehicle purchases with you!”
“After having two bad experiences in one day at other car dealerships, on the drive home my wife looked at Northway's website and saw a pair of used cars that were exactly what we were looking for. She wisely called them to ask if they were actually on the lot and still available, but couldn't seem to get a straight answer. The person on the phone wanted to create an account for her and kept asking information about her name, phone number, etc. Finally, the man on the phone conceded and said that one of the cars was still there.So, the next day we came to look at the cars. We were assigned a young salesman who seemed very pleasant. He couldn't actually find either car were were asking about on the lot, but apparently thought we were looking for a new car. We showed him the website and disappeared to find them. Surprise surprise... one was already sold and the other was so new that it hadn't even been cleaned out. But, I liked what I saw and loved the color so we decided to get serious about it.We ran the numbers and I ended up buying it. I had to come back the next day to pick it up and turn in the plates (which caused a bit of a problem as I couldn't unbolt them from my car, which lead to them offering a trade value for my 2005 relic with nearly 200,000 miles)! That aside, the used car was everything I was looking for and I am really happy with it.I have purchased two Toyotas from here, one new in 2008 and one used just now. I hate car buying but thankfully don't have to do it often. I understand that the new car market is tough (I overheard one salesperson saying that if a new car were ordered it would take months to arrive), and the used car market is just as bad. But, if a dealership is going to show cars on their website they should update it daily to remove cars already sold. Beyond that, I am pleased with the experience here.”
“I brought my C300 in for service and made the appointment several weeks ago for 12:00. If the serviceman who I spoke to knew that the software update would take more than 6 hours, then why wasn't I asked to come in at 8am? Not a problem. I drove a courtesy car yesterday and most of today, filled it back up and brought it back.”
