“My 2018 Honda would not start and was displaying all kinds of system error messages on the dashboard so I called Northway AAA to have it towed to my Honda dealership. When the AAA driver arrived he tested my battery and found it had a bad cell and explained that’s why I was getting all the system error messages and offered to replace the battery saving me a trip to the dealership. The driver’s name was Asheed and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He showed me the test results and explained why the battery needed to be replaced. He quickly installed the new battery and my Honda has been running fine ever since. I highly recommend Northway AAA!”
