I feel like service departments can be a coin flip in terms of what you'll get but I had a great experience today. I should note that the visit started on a somewhat bad note. When I called for an appointment I said the car needed a 110k service (the service due light flicked on at 110k) and that I needed to wait for the car, but when I arrived the service person told me that 110k service isn't a suggested service but 115k service should be done instead which typically takes 3 1/2 hours. I wasn't ready for that so we talked through prioritizing different services. Once the car was on the lift it was suggested that the rear brakes be replaced and an alignment performed as well. I knew that I'd be driving a lot over the next few months and agreed to both. I was told it would take two hours to finish the job but it ended up being an hour and a half and came in slightly below the estimated cost. Faster service and lower cost!! The car is driving great; the alignment was definitely needed as I can feel the difference in the way the car drives. Finally, the waiting area is super clean, spacious and comfortable. If you need to wait a for a longer time there are several restaurants and big box stores (CVS, Lowes) close by so you can tick a few errands off your list while your car's being serviced.

I've been a repeat customer to Albany Audi since 2019. I've purchased two Q5's. While I love the vehicle, my recent service was very unpleasant. I made an appointment over the phone for an oil change. I was informed my 40k mile service due. So, I went ahead and scheduled it. (Wed 9/27) I was informed it was a five hour service and a loaner vehicle was provided. I was grateful for that. I live an hour away from the dealership and waited around running errands etc. Six hours later, I receive a text that said: " Hello. Everything is going well with the vehicle. We are currently unable to perform the transmission service due to Audi being down today. Would you be able to leave the vehicle with us while you stay in the loaner, and we can get it completed tomorrow for you?" I responded that I could go home with the loaner and return tomorrow but I was disappointed for the late notice I could have gone home sooner. He did apologize and said he notified me as soon as he knew. The following day I was texted ((9/28 7:35 am) and informed: "Good morning. When we came in this morning, Audi is still down. You can stay in the loaner and I will reach out to you as soon as we have more information. Very sorry for the inconvenience." That was the last of the texting communication. On Fri 9/29 I called the Service Manager, Craig, and was told by a young woman he wasn't at his desk, and she took my information to have him return my call. I've never heard from him. Fast forward to Mon (10/2) Still no call from the Service Manager. So around 2:00 pm I called my salesman. He was professional and apologetic. He said he would look into it. Two hours passed and I texted him asking if something was going on with my vehicle. Had they broke something, or damaged it? He texts me back and said my vehicle was ready. He said service had a record of texting me Thur 9/28 that my vehicle was ready and could be picked up. Unfortunately, I never received that text. So, from Thursday 9/29 to Monday 10/2 no one noticed my vehicle was still there and I hadn't returned the loaner? That's ridiculous. I went today and paid for the service and picked up my vehicle. The service person never said a word, never apologized for the miscommunication etc. That was disappointing. And, after the inconvenience I received, you would think they could have at least washed my vehicle like they usually do. I'm very disappointed & dissatisfied. I've never had a problem in four years with the dealership. Sadly, I don't foresee me purchasing another vehicle in the future. Service has declined substantially.

It is with great pleasure that I give Albany Audi five stars. Everything about this dealership is professional and efficient. The staff are amazing. They are courteous, and they all know their Audis. It is always a pleasure to deal with them. Today I'd like to give a shout out to the service staff, particularly Tony and Jaime. I had a concern about a used A5 I just bought, and not even from them. Tony managed to get the car in almost immediately and fixed within a few hours. Jaime was kind enough to give me a lift to pick it up and engage in good conversation along the way. Can't say enough about both of them. And I would be remiss if I did not shout out Stephen, the best salesman ever! I would recommend this business to everyone, whether buying cars or servicing them. I consider myself lucky that this dealership is in my area.

Lily was once again my Service Advisor and as always ... fantastic! She had me processed in quickly. She kept me advised through text messages, calls and videos from the Tech on the status of our vehicle.I appreciate the hard work and professionalism the Albany Audi Center provides its loyal customers.

I've typically had great experiences her BUT this time... The first appointment, made via the online form, was confirmed via email but when I showed up there was no record of it even though I had my confirmation email. The service person didn't really seem to even care that it happened. I had to make a second appointment while I was there...that one went great. They dropped me off at my office and picked me up without issue. Beware of the online appointment booking. I've seen other comments along the same lines

Anisa, at Albany Audi, was kind enough to fit me in for a safety inspection for my Tesla Model 3. They were recommended by the Tesla service center (who don't do inspections) as a service center who are knowledgeable about Tesla vehicles.Though the appointment took longer than anticipated, it was understandable as they we fitting me into their busy schedule. The inspection was completed thoroughly and my vehicle was delivered to me nicely washed. Next time I plan to contact Anisa in advance to make an appointment so that the appointment goes quicker.

Brought my car there simply for a 4 wheel alignment, didn't get to my car until the following day when I had a scheduled appointment! Just to get a call sayin they couldn't do it and tried sending me a $4500 quote to fix things I've fixed in recent times.
