Everything is bad

Shawn, a service advisor at Audi Albany, went above and beyond to help my son who had just driven up to school when a check engine light came on in his newly purchased pre-owned Audi S4. He took the car right in when he arrived and added the coolant it needed, also advising him about next steps if it happened again. His kindness made a real difference and I am appreciative for his knowledge and the professionalism he showed.

On The Road.
I was traveling in New England and had a problem with my AUDI TT. Stopped off at this dealership, as it was the most accessible.
I was treated very well by the staff. And my car was checked over and they gave me a green light to continue on my journey.
It is comforting to get good service in an unfamiliar location.
Thank you.

It's a shame that the service department and dealership in general have declined so badly. My last few service experiences on my 4th Audi have not been aligned with expectations, and are a far cry from the previous ownership group. Poor workmanship, not standing by their work, and reading from a script to explain it away. Time for a new brand, unfortunately.

Terrible customer service. Everyone there just wants to take your money. They do not deal. They do not create any sort of connection with you personally. You’re just another number. I do not recommend buying here and will be sure to pass the word to anyone looking for a new car. Stay away.

Use to be great. Service department has gone down hill. Hard to get an appointment. They had to reschedule my appointment after waiting a week to get in due to not having staff to do the work. Said I could leave it over the weekend but couldn’t offer a loaner car even though my car is under factory warranty. Impossible to get service on the phone for anything.

Stephen. Chad and everyone at Audi Albany were polite, thorough and helpful! They know their products and are respectful of your choices. We have purchased 2 vehicles from them and are very pleased!

Another great experience and have loved working with Stephen Clark on our 4th Audi! Beautiful dealership, great staff and service and again, Stephen has made me a long time repeat customer. Thanks for another beautiful car, I’m going to love this one!

I have owned many Audi's and BMW's. I like both cars but in the last decade I have leaned more towards BMW because of the good service that I get at Keeler. I have had a lot of issues with service at Audi Albany in the past. Mostly unreturned phone calls. This year I sold my 2014 Audi A8 with 175k miles on it and almost never had any issues. in fact, I would say it was the most reliable car that I have ever owned. I decided to replace it with another 6 cylinder A8. I purchased a 2019 Audi A8 at Audi Albany with only 24k miles on it. I could have went to an independent dealer and bought a similar car for less money. However, I thought buying from a dealer was safer because they claim the cars go through an extensive review process by their mechanics and would take car of any issues that might come up. On the sales side Jake was great very responsive and knew the car. When I picked up the car everything was great. When I got home and tried to get back in the car the drivers door would not open. The car comes with a 90 day power train warranty but it does not cover the door. To be fair there is now way that they could known that the door would fail right after I left the dealership. Furthermore, they are under no legal obligation to repair the car for free. I was hoping that they would do the right thing and take care of it. I texted Jake right away about the issue. He responded that he was sorry and they would "look" at it. I scheduled a service appointment. From that point on it was a ghost show from Jake. The Finance manager seemed like a good guy and offered a $5k extended warranty. I felt like that was too high since I spent like $1,400 in repairs in 7 years with my last A8. So it looks like I will be going back to Autobahn Centre in Albany for all of my repairs. If you are looking for a dealership to go above and beyond to take care of their customers this is not the one.

I was not happy with my interactions with an employee named Abraham. I’ve been at the dealership twice, and both times he’s spoken to me in a condescending and dismissive way when trying to help me. We were trying to figure out an issue with my car and were unsuccessful, and he ended our conversation and just walked away even though I had mentioned to him that I had other questions about my car, as I have purchased it very recently and I’m still figuring out some of the features on it.
Overall my view of the Audi dealership isn’t bad, it’s only been sub-optimal with this employee.

Just bought a Q5 from Jake. He was great. Knew his stuff. Asked what I was looking for and showed me why one car was better than the other for me. Never tried to upsell me on something I didn’t need. Very communicative and responded immediately when I texted a question.

I will begin this posting stating an Audi was not my only
choice of car to buy. I visited other dealerships and narrowed
my selection to (3) models. However, once I drove the Audi A4
and dealt with the staff, ( Abbas ) it became apparent what car I would
buy and from what dealership.I did not feel pressured, or hurried
and would recommend Langan Audi to my friends and family.
Incidentally, the A4 S line in Moonlightblue was not a car in inventory.
Langan located the car and had it at their dealership the next day.

Bought a Honda accord here and the sales lady forged the carfax so it looked like the car has never been in an accident but about a year later started having suspension problems in the rear and my macanic showed me on a lift how the car was rear ended. Then when I went to sell the car of course the car fax says it was in an accident but the audi dealer gave me old papers to fool me. But being 18 buying my first 15k car I thought I had nothing to worry about. These people are scam artists.

My experience on this purchase was a big thumbs up. Abraham was awesome and made things smooth and straightforward. Alex in finance was very cool, enjoyed working with him as well. The sells manager, forgot his name, came out and congratulated me and it seemed genuine. Over all ??.
